Professional Garage Door

The technician was very professional and friendly. He had both of the springs on our garage door replaced in less than 30 minutes.

Garage door broke so tried to contact them Saturday morning but were unable to call number listed. Every time I tried to dial I would get a recording that number was incorrect either for a #1 before number, incorrect area code, etc. Frustrated I sent an email but they didn't response to email so we called someone else and garage is fixed. Will never use them again.

They were very professional and on time. I have not had any problems with the new door and felt They were reasonably priced.

I find it disconcerting. Not only due to the behavior and obvious lack of standard courtesy and professionalism, but on a questionable weather day as well. I will not contact this company in the future, nor recommend it, as actions speak louder than words andI can only imagine how said employee, in vehicle #261, would treat me when arriving at my home for a repair request!

My garage door had hail damage and the HOA chose the company to replace the doors. I was told that only two door panels would be replaced, but when the tech come, he brought a new door. I was not prepared, so he left and the office called to reschedule day and had to reschedule the time twice. I rescheduled with the sales rep, Jason Jones. He was courteous and understanding. The service tech., Brad #253, was professional, courteous, and friendly. He removed the old door and replaced it with a new door. He was very tidy and cleaned the work area. He explained how to operate the door opener and the safety features. I was very happy with the work Brad did and would recommend this company.

Went very well -- couldn't be more satisfied. I had used them about 10 years ago and decided to call them again since I needed new springs. Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Our garage door had been installed by Professional Garage Door 13 years ago. One of the large tension springs broke and made our garage door inoperable. The day I called for service was the same day they sent a repairman out! I was thrilled to be getting same day service. Craig was our repairman and he got right to work when he arrived. He was very friendly and quick at repairing the broken spring. (We actually replaced both springs at the same time.) I will definitely be calling Professional Garage Door again if we need them, and I may even request Craig!

Got a quick call back, this company is very easy to work with. I couldn't be home at the time of the repair, so I left the garage door unlocked. They came when they said they would, completed the job and contacted me the next day to collect payment. Very convenient. All I expected for the price was new springs. They went above and beyond my expectations. The door operates much more quietly now. The office staff is very friendly on the phone. Great job!

2Jason came out and provided options based upon the color, insulation factors and price we wanted. We were happy the door came in gray. No painting!! That was great. The installation was competed on the scheduled day in about 2 hours. The door looks great, is quiet, and no leaky seal at the bottom. We were very pleased with the experience frombeginning to end. We just bought a house and I wanted to reprogram the garage door openers and exterior keypad code. Professional Garage Door's sticker was on the garage door so I gave them a call to ask for instructions on how to do this reprogramming on my own. I spoke with Cindi, who was the nicest, most patient and helpful service rep I have spoken with in a long time. She gave me instructions on how to do the reprogramming. She was extremely patient with me the subsequent 3-4 times I called back for more help. I managed to do the reprogramming on my own but after testing the garage door a few times I heard a pop and saw smoke coming from the garage door motor. I called Cindi back and she properly diagnosed the problem and put me through to Tony in the service department who arranged for a technician to come to my house in a couple hours. Darrell arrived within 3 hours, fixed the problem in a few minutes and my garage door and I were once again happy. I would absolutely use their service again.

I had just bought the home which has a two car garage detached from the house, that neither garage door opener worked. This was a security issue for me, since I was not living there at the time, and wouldn't be for a couple weeks. They were very professional as their name says. They spoke to me in laymans terms, did the install in a timely manner, and then spent about 15 minutes with me going over the two new units and the new remotes regarding do's and don'ts. I would deffently use them again, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I called in the morning and they were at my house by 10:30 am. They called first as I requested. They serviced two garage doors and openers for me and they both run much more smoothly and quietly now. They also helped me set the Homelink in my car to the garage door which I really appreciated! Polite, quick and great guys!

My garage door opener wasn't working, so I called on a Saturday morning at 10:00 am to schedule an appointment. Craig answered and said he was only 10 minutes away and would come right over. He arrived in exactly 10 minutes. After checking for commonly broken parts, he identified a broken coupling that he said that he has seen only a dozen broken in his many years of service. He had the part to replace it with, but then he quickly noticed that the switch to stop the door was also broken. Craig was very honest with me and said that the new coupling would wear out again in a few days if the stop switch wasn't replaced and that it's much cheaper to buy a new opener and replace it myself, if I wanted to. Also, it would cost me just the service fee today if he didn't put in the temporary coupling in. By being honest with me, he saved me close to another $100 that I will apply to a new opener. He also advised me on quality openers and what to look for in my purchase. I'm heading to buy one now. Thanks, Craig!!

Professional Garage Door did a great job repairing our garage door with same day service. We are a repeat customer as both garage doors had the two problem but two years apart. It was nice to have the same serviceman both times. The company and staff is very courteous and respectful of the customer's time. We recommend using Professional Garage Door. We know we will use them again, if needed.

I called to make an appointment and they could get someone out that afternoon. He called when he was on his way. He was very polite, friendly and willing to explain the problem and the solution in terms that I could understand.

The spring on our double overhead door broke on Fri. night. We called them on Sat. morning and they came out within an hour. The repairman decided that since someone had only put one spring on the last time it was fixed, that it would be best to replace the rod and spring(s). He had everything he needed with him and had the whole thing fixed in about 45 minutes. He also had a replacement garage door opener to replace a broken one. The service was professional, quick, and quite reasonably priced. Would definitely call them again.

Called around 3:00 pm because I knew the spring had broken and a door with a broken spring will not function. I have kids with after school acitivities and had to get the car out ASAP. Mike arrived AND had the door fixed within about 40 minutes. He was very professional and friendly and efficient! I will definitely call this company again. I also thought the price was very reasonable, considering I was at their mercy!

Daryl oiled the mechanics, and did some repairs on the opener. He was able to fix it for me. He explained everything that he was doing, and he was very honest what acutally needed to be done. He was really nice to work with, and I was pleased with the work that he did. He even raked the leaves out that had blown in to my garage.

Great!! Quick service and we couldn't be happier!

First off, I don't like complaining about anyone, but this time something needs to be said about the experience with this company. I needed someone to repair the roll up door for deliveries and shipments. I called and quot;Professionaland quot; and from the reviews I read on here, my expectations were high, so I called, and the receptionist was nice and very responsive to me, and then she transferred me, and I got some girl that just sounded like, she did not want to be at work that day. I asked if her company does repairs, and she replied yes, I asked if someone can come out, she took down my info, and told me that the tech will call me when he's in the area, and thats the end of that conversation. One o'clock roll's around, and I'm already given up, and as I was leaving for lunch, here come the tech (that was supposed to call first) with one of my employees walking up the hall. I walk him out to the problem door, and ask him a quote and he said probable around 500.00( yeah its my fault for not getting it in writing first) so I said go ahead. Two and half hours later, done. The tech, comes into my office after the repair, and gives me a invoice with just a total, no pricing, and three and half hours logged in, again no amounts, and he only had on sheet of paper filled out and didn't have a copy for me, lucky I had a copier, got to feel sorry for everyone that doesn't get a recept. I looked at the invoice the next morning, and called and quot;Professionaland quot; got the same receptionist, and talked to another girl, which she had all the answers I needed, without waiting, she gave me the prices for all the items, and added everything up. It didn't add up, so called back and talked to Gary, nice guy, but had to go and search for the paper work, so he had to call back to get me the answers. I got the call back from Gary, and I got a run down, and it made sense until, he said there was a fuel sur-charge and that added a hour to my invoice, he told me the amount was 43.00 dollars, but their hourly rate was 90 huh?? Now I've never dealt with a company charges the travel time,and the work. Then he said he will email me a filled in invoice, with pricing, well its 5:00 here and nothing, and that conversation was over at 9:00 this morning. So if you ever think of using these guys, get pricing over the phone first, beware there is a fuel sur-charge if they come out(even if they do the work), and get a quote first before they do any work. All in all, my view of this company, pretty shady and lacking in the word and quot;professionaland quot;.

Our landlord told us we would be getting a new garage door installed. The landlord selected this company. The appointment was set and the service man was prompt in his arrival. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed in the initial results which included being left with a non-functioning garage door opener and rails which blocked our use of the top cabinets in the garage. The serviceman tried to blame the and quot;brokenand quot; garage door on us. (It had functioned perfectly for the last 7 years we lived here.) The serviceman disappeared in a metaphorical cloud of dust saying only that the company would have to send a service person to fix the opener. Then we noticed that the placement of the rails was blocking the cabinets. Calling the company we were given vague answers to when fixing this mess might take place possibly the following Tuesday, this taking place on a Friday. So, we got to spend the weekend and Monday following manually opening and closing the garage door, which sounds so much easier than it actually was, and with no means to lock the door from the outside it meant .having to go in through the house to lock it. Wife works many weekends and leaves at 5am. It was all a royal pain in the rear. To their credit they sent someone different on Tuesday, he was prompt and fixed the issues. I would not use them again though given the irritation.
