Description of Work: We just signed with Pools of Fun for putting a pool in our backyard. It is scheduled for install in early August. So far the process has been smooth although we have delayed it due to our indecisiveness. Dylan has been willing to work with us in terms of providing different quotes and suggestions to meet our needs.

+ -1 moreTHEY MISSED APPOINTMENTS, FAILED TO RETURN CALLS. WHEN THEY DID COME OUT, THEY HAD THE WRONG PART, LEAVING A NOTE TO SAY THEYD RETURN WHEN THEY HAD THE RIGHT PART. MY PUMP HAD GONE OUT, WHICH WAS OBVIOUS TO EVEN MY NEIGHBORS (I WAS AWAY AT THE TIME). THEY COMPLETELY DISREGARDED THAT PROBLEM, AND WOULDNT MAKE ANY EFFORT TO EXPEDITE A REPAIR CONSIDERING THE PROBLEMS I'VE HAD WITH THEM. THEY ARE UNAPOLOGETIC, AND IN FACT HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT I FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE STILL BEING UNRESPONSIVE.

Description of Work: INSTALLED INGROUND POOL. I HAD POOL PUT IN AWHILE AGO, BUT I NEVER REPORTED AND FOUND THEM ON SITE. REALLY WANTED TO TAKE THE TIME TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW FAST THE PROCESS WENT FROM START TO FINISH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

NOT ONCE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS WAS I DISAPPOINTED WITH THE JOB (WHICH IS VERY UNUSUAL WHEN DEALING WITH CONTRACTORS). THEY PUT IN THE TIME AND EFFORT AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN POOL FOR THEIR FAMILY. IF I EVER MOVE, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
