Scott was very thorough in cleaning our dryer vent that goes out through the roof. He took off the back of the dryer, went up in the attic, and even went up on our 3rd story roof to check out the situation up there. He discovered a bird's nest in the vent because he told us we did not have the proper vent to keep things out. Scott ordered the proper vent for us and installed it promptly. The end result is our clothes are drying faster.

Just bought my house last year and I wasn’t sure when the dryer vent or heating ducts had been cleaned. Did some research, read the reviews on multiple different companies and finally found Scott. I can’t say enough good about him. He came out two separate days because I decided to do the indoor vents after talking with him the day of the dryer vent cleaning. Highly knowledgeable and dedicated to what he does. We ran into a snag with my house and instead of packing it in, he stopped everything and helped me troubleshoot for almost two hours until we fixed the problem and still got the service done. You can tell he actually cares about what he’s doing and he will definitely go the extra miles to make sure it’s done right. He was willing to answer any and all questions, showed me a thing or two about my house, and overall was super down to earth and fun to talk to during the days he was out here. Great service! Scott was very informative and friendly. We had a few issues that we didn't even know we're going on, and he was able to replace the parts right then and there and make sure our dryer was as good as new! He even followed up a week later to make sure it was still working perfectly! Everything was reasonably priced as well. We will definitely be calling him again in the future!

Scott was very thorough. He came out and did a walk thru of the home to verify the # of vents I had and answered any questions I had. On the day of the service he arrived on time, he laid down cloth tarps throughout the home to eliminate any risk of damage, and he provided before and after photos/videos so I could see what he had done. On the day of my cleaning, he arrived on time, laid down tarps throughout the house to reduce the risk of any damage, was very thorough, and kept things clean. He showed me pics of the before and videos of the after so I could see the results. Overall - highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

I was just outside of the service radius, but Scott was able to fit me in. He was very professional. He tested the existing airflow which was around 350 ft./min., and he found an old birds nest in the vent pipe! He cleaned it all out, used his special machine to scrub the pipes and vacuumed up all the junk that came out. He left the laundry room cleaner than he found it. He made sure to use drop cloths from the front door to the laundry room to protect our new floors. Once he was all done, he tested the air flow again and it was nearly 1300 ft./min. So it was a major improvement. It also turns out that the vent cover that was installed on the house by the builder is incorrect and he is recommending a new type cover to install. If I could give him seven stars, I would. Excellent work. I would hire him again in an instant.
