I requested a quote from Legacy Dryer Vent & Duct Cleaning and Scott reached out to me approximately 10 minutes later. I explained to him that we were in sort of a time crunch (totally our fault, and understood if he couldn’t get to it for a few days). Scott worked with me and was able to get over to my house sooner than anticipated. Scott was very polite and professional. He was very communicative and was very efficient with the cleaning. Outstanding! If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would. Scott Busby is personable and professional. Every aspect of his work, from my first contact on, was very satisfying. He knows what he is doing and takes time to do things right. He was on time and cleaned up as he worked. He made some small repairs, gratis, outside of the scope of his work, with materials he had on his truck. We had the ducts cleaned as well as the dryer vent. It took him 8 hours without a break. I would highly recommend.

The technician was on-time and professional in performing the service. He ran into difficulties in clearing the vent blockage (this was the first time we had the vent cleaned and we have owned this home for more than 18 years). After discussing the problem with me, he shifted from trying to push the blockage from the inside to clearing the obstruction from the outside. Messy, but this worked resolving all issues with my dryer. The service charge was very reasonable given the time involved. I would certainly hire the firm again and would recommend the company to others.

Setting an appointment was a breeze on Legacy’s website. Subsequent communication verifying date and time and then just before arrival was very timely. Scott Busby was personable, respectful and informative. The work on clearing our dryer vent was thorough and included outside and inside approaches. Scott Busby came out and cleaned the vents when we set the time - actually rescheduled the time. He worked with us around a construction schedule. The vents were cleaned - even the construction debris - and sealed to finish the job. He did a great job!
