It went so well! Scott Busby is a gentleman. He was promptly on time. He answered all of our questions. He worked hard for about 4.5 hours. He sent us videos of the ducts before/after. The price was right, honest and fair. He also took care of cleaning our dryer vent, and cleaning inside of our furnace.

We had a severe dust problems in our home. After doing my homework I contacted Scott to do ducts and dryer vent. He showed up on time and ready to go. During our brief conversation I discovered he was a vet so that was a big plus for me. I go out of my way for them and as it turns out, he does the same. He started upstairs and immediately discovered a major problem. Our return air vents were not connected properly and we were getting air from the attic through our system. NOT GOOD. Scott took the time to reconnect the pipes properly before proceeding to the job he as hired to do. A job we anticipated to take a few hours lasted all day as we ran into other problems. It's an older home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned in a long time, if ever. Long story short, Scott did a great job for us and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
