Fite Plumbing

I would say we overall had a pretty good experience with them. They do quality work and are very professional. Their pricing was a little high at times so that would be my only criticism.

This large and detailed project went well. Major pipe freezing can mean dozens of little bursts in the pipes and fixture damage as well as damage that presents itself days or weeks later. Fite replaced the majority of the plumbing system in copper and pex, installing new insulation and modern ball valves. They tracked down all the leaks in the remaining pipes and changed or repaired the numerous damaged fixtures. They returned to fix problems that popped up after the main repair was done either that day or early the next day. They stayed in constant communication about what they were finding, finished more work than what was described on the estimate for the cost quoted, and advised us of additional costs and options BEFORE doing the work. I am a residential maintenance and remodeling professional and I am not easily impressed, but I can recommend Fite without hesitation. They aren't the cheapest, but you get more than you pay for and as a pro I can tell you, that is an exception. They came recommended by another one of our contractors who also does high quality work.

Very well. The initial fix didn't completely repair the leak but they came back out immediately and found a small second leak that was overlooked originally. They were quick to fix it and made sure it was completely fixed without any additional charge. We will us them for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone. Professional, courteous and fast response time.

A pipe busted underground, on the other side of my air conditioning unit. They came out to fix it. I found a box out there that has been opened and unplugged. My house had been freezing for 2 months. Something was not right. I called them. They walked me through the process of plugging back in the unit. I had instant heat. They blew me off and didn't handle me well at all. They didn't offer an apology to me or discount at all for my trouble. I would not recommend them at all.

The initial search found a leak in our crawl space well pump pipeline. The PVC pipe had rubbed thin on the block foundation. An elbow was cut out and replaced with new PVC and cement. We had to wait 24 hours for the cement to set before turning on the well pump again. This well is only used for our outdoor water supply so we weren't without water in the house. Within a few days, we noticed the pump was engaging frequently without water being turned on. We checked under the crawl space and found a similar ware in the pipe had ruptured approximately 1 inch away from the newly replaced elbow. We called and they sent the tech out back that day. He located the same issue we did and made the repair at no additional cost. Wonderful customer service. We believe that is the difference between a good company and a great company. We called Fite as we were price checking replacing the water heater. Fite's price to just replace the tank came in over $200 less than the other estimates, so we went with them. We purchased the water heater ourselves and had Jason come over and do the install. Overall, their services were good. They were early (quoted me 10:30 and arrived at 10:15), fast (a four hour job with other companies took Jason only two), and he cleaned up afterwards. Jason was aware of what he was doing, and what needed to be done, and when I checked his work, I didn't see any leaks, nor smell any gas. The only issue I had with this company was the price. If we average it out, this company was just paid $220.00 an hour to install an appliance that was already here and using about $5.00 worth of copper piping and fittings. He did remove the other tank and will dispose of it, so I'm not factoring in the cost of that. It still seems a bit high to me. I do appreciate the expediency of this job, as the house is on the market and I will hire Fite and recommend them to others that I know.

As always--on time, pleasant and professional, and efficient. Gave options and professional opinion of why the options are good or bad. In and out very quickly, and clean.

They did fine! I got everything I expected.

I had 3 estimates, and they were by far the cheapest. They did an excellent job. They assessed the problem and repaired it quickly. They made very little mess in both my house and the backyard. They were very conscientious about putting on shoe covers when they went through the kitchen and down to the basement. They were also wonderful about the clean up outside in the yard and drive. The problem was more complex than they initially thought; however, they were competent and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We had a problem they were able to repair. We had a mess and he helped cleaned up! He did an excellent job and they were excellent people.

We used them and they did a fine job. They were down here on spot. They were here when we called. When we came back they were right there. They did a good job. They found the problem and fixed it. We will use them again.

Everything went very well and we were very satisfied with their performance an in addition, they answered a lot of our questions about our plumbing and water treatments available that were unrelated to the job.They were very forthcoming and cooperative throughout their whole visit to our home. They are a small, young group and we will use them again for our plumbing needs.

We found them on Angie’s List, and it was a good experience with them, they were very professional. We were trying to find somebody, and we couldn’t get anybody to come out, but they came out as soon as we called, we had no problems with that. They gave us an estimate beforehand, and they did what they said they would do. It doesn’t take very long, they just came in and did exactly what my husband needed to have done. It was very nice, quick, and everything went well.

Our kitchen sink/ dishwasher and our master bath sinks have been slow or backing up. Jason arrived 5-10 minutes early and he proceeded to look at the kitchen sink. After listening to me describe the problem with the sink, he thought it might have been clogged. He looked at the crawlspace to see the layout of the pipes, and realized that a clog was unlikely. I also told him that the master bath sinks directly above the kitchen are constantly slow and stinky. He then figured out it must be a venting issue. He installed a vent under our sink in the master bath, and our problems have seemed to be fixed.

Each experience has gone very well. Great guys to work with for several reasons. I think they have great prices. Always come out as quick as possible to resolve issues.

We were pleased with Fite Plumbing Contractors Company. We thought it was a good price compared it to other deals that we had got. They did a phenomenal job in cleaning up. They were very punctual. They just did everything that we wanted. They were spot on about their professionalism and customer service. I couldn’t tell that they even were there in the house doing the installation.

It did not take long for him to find out what was wrong, that the previous installers had made a mistake.

Bill came out and gave me a couple of options, I called him the following day to arrange for the work. The work was completed the following day. The service tech arrived on time, and did a professional job. I will use Fite for any future plumbing needs.

Jerald Fimon has been sent out over the last year for various projects. He is courteous, punctual and professional, not to mention very knowledgeable. We have always been very pleased with FITE's response time and professional service. Would HIGHLY recommend them (especially Jerry!)

I THOUGHT I NEEDED A NEW SUMP PUMP. HE WAS ABLE TO GO DOWN, MADE A SMALL ADJUSTMENT, & DIDN'T TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR WORK THAT WASN'T REALLY NEEDED. I APPRECIATE THAT KIND OF HONESTY.
