Description of Work: He came on time and replaced the outside faucet for our hose. He just didn't realize we purchased a deal for it. He tried to charge us extra money because he thought we had purchased another deal. I told him what deal it was, which was the outdoor faucet replacement and he responded that his company did not have that deal. I went into my house and handed him a printed copy of the deal and I didn't have to pay any extra. He was punctual and worked hard, but was not informed about the deals his company had posted on Angie's list.

Description of Work: At 10:30 at night my basement started flooding during a downpour when the storm sewers backed up. They were the only company to answer and responded right away. They gave us a temporary fix and then came back the next day for a permanent fix.
