Their service went just fine. They seemed to do what they were supposed to. They checked to make sure the water meter wasn’t still spinning. They were very pleasant people.

They had very good service. We have used them several times. They are very personable and their prices are reasonable. We had a problem with a faucet they had put in, it was turning colors. It was just the material; it was nothing that they did. They came out the same day that I called. They ordered a replacement and put it in without charge. We have had no problems since. They follow up on their work.

We hired them through our utility company. They did a good job. They cleaned up everything. They didn’t leave a mess anywhere. They had to replace all of the gas lines in the home.

This is my story with Aqua Pro Plumbing. I am on a well and have problems with rotten egg smell in the hot water. Also, I get black sediment coming form the hot water line. I knew this problem was linked to the anode rod in the hot H2O tank. I also have the best water treatment system, but soft water breaks down the anode rod. Removing the anode rod is not an easy task. I surfed the net to find local plumbers. Aqua Pro called me and said they could come out right away on Saturday. The plumber was at my home in less than 1/2 hour. After talking about the problem and repair options, the plumber said he could help me. What he said to me made sense. His analysis was very honest. There was no high pressure. The entire process, including discussion of options, took about 1 1/2 hours. I could not have done it myself. I will call Aqua Pro for any other plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.

They came as scheduled and on time. I explained the problem and they gave me options to fix it. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They came out and went and got parts so I wasn't out of business very long. They were recommended by my daughters who used them for basement flooding. They were very good.

He came in and I told him what the problem was. He gave me several different options on how to fix it. I tried to go with the least expensive one and it did not work, but I had anticipated that. He was excellent. I was perfectly satisfied with him.

I contacted the company through their website on Saturday and to my surprise they called me within an hour or so to make an appointment for that coming Monday. The plumber was very personable and explained all my options in detail. All my questions were answered in detail and to my satisfaction. Upon reviewing my options the sump pump and check value was installed within minutes. He went through the extra step of securing the electric plugs. I would definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

There were no major problems, but it was good to know that everything is working properly and that I don't have to worry about plumbing emergencies in the future. I will have him come back to fix the minor issues at a later date. I highly recommend signing up for the service plan as that saves you money on work that needs done, plus provides you with an annual inspection on "all things plumbing" in your home.

Overall it was a great experience! The technician that they sent out offered suggestions as to alternatives, went right to work and did an excellent job. They have done other jobs for us, namely installed a new water softener system, water hydrants for our barn, winterized our property and fixed water leaks. The plumber always arrives promptly and is very respectful of our budget and our time. To make a long story short, our service agreement has been extremely worth the money. I strongly recommend that you give this company a call whenever you need a plumber. They will even come out 24 hours a day. We have been very satisfied with their work ethic and their commitment to quality products and service and will continue to use them in the future.
