Aquapro diagnosed our issue quickly and professionally. They were professional, and they were honest. We are so grateful for their help! We just had our 1st hot showers in 2 weeks thanks to them!!

I contacted 14 providers on Angie's list and aqua pro was the only one that responded punctually and didn't charge for a quote. they were very punctual and came within a couple days. I would definitely use them again!

WAY OVERPRICED!!! When the city workman came back out to turn the gas back on, his jaw hit the floor when I told him what I was charged for the repair, so apparently I wasn't the only one who felt that way.

They didn't really do any work for me. The quote was kind of expensive. It was more than what I was willing to pay and more than what I thought the job should cost. He did what he was supposed to do.

This was a big deal purchase. I used them shortly after I purchased the deal. The hot water wouldn't work after the nozzle was put on -- it was apparently unrelated, but they said they would have to go through a wall and it would be, like, $1,500 or something to fix the problem. I had somebody else come in and it wasn't even close to that. It is not so much the job they did, so I don't know if that is fair or not, but my overall impression was they were okay. I thought they gave me an estimate on the high end for further work. As far as the job they did, I have no complaints.

Very informative during the process. First time ever having a plumber come to the home. It was a good experience.

Aqua Pros came on time on a Saturday afternoon after I called that morning. Our neighbor was not home, but Aqua Pros helped find a cleanout in our neighbor's yard through which they could get to the clog. It went quickly and was a real help to our family since we have a 94 year old living with us.

Booked an appointment the day before, they fit me into their schedule. Bought a deal for service call and applied to the total costs. Came out to diagnose the issue. Went to get part and came back promptly. Fixed the faucet and also educated about further maintenance. Really appreciated the up front and honesty and care and concern from this company!

Very happy with work. The gentleman that came out was polite, and quick.

It went well. The sink wasn't repaired, but that was because he inspected and suggested replacing it. He explained how and advised I do it myself to save money.

We thought we had a major leak and called Aqua Pro on a Sunday. They came right out, assessed what we thought was the issue and advised us on what they would do, which turned out to be not so major and the cheapest fix! Thank you for coming out and being so prompt and helpful!

I could not be more happy with the entire process of how this went - from scheduling to the final payment. He arrived and listened while I explained the issue. He then explained how their process and price structure works. Then moved forward with assessing the problem. He did have to open the ceiling in the garage. After thorough testing, he was able to determine the water damage was from a prior issue that had already been fixed. He gave recommendations for avoiding the issues reoccurrence and things to watch for. He was very considerate and clean up the garage after he was done. Aqua Plumbing has become my new go-to company for any plumbing issues.

The plumber was very polite. He gave an honest assessment and encouraged us to start with the cheaper fix. After performing the fix we haven't had any more issues.

Excellent work, on-time and wonderful people

Pat and one of his technicians came out to inspect the water heater. Initially they thought the gas valve may be causing the water heater not to work right. After further inspection, they came to the conclusion that it was a gas problem and not a water heater problem. We called our gas company, they came out and checked everything and checked the meters and what not. Once they turned everything back on the water heater was back in working order. I'm not sure if it was the valve they replaced or the gas just needing to be turned off and back on, but I am glad it's working again. Pat was very reasonable when writing up the service call and work done bill. We do appreciate their timely response to our work requests, we would hire again.

First off, I love that AquaPRO is a family owned business. The owner was also the plumber who came to my home. He was very nice, and professional. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He made me feel like he truly wanted to do a good job and leave things working as they should. I don't know much about plumbing prices, but the price seemed high to me. Still I was satisfied that the job had been done and done well. I will use AquaPRO again and recommend them to others.
