It cost me to get nothing done but it wasn’t their fault. I guess it was ok. I ended up calling somebody else. It was a big deal purchase.

Bo did an excellent job. He was timely, professional, and got right to the source of the leak. He vanquished my worse nightmare that the water was coming through the floor. I felt much better after that. He accomplished everything in about 6 hours. He doesn't mind barking dogs. They are a good company and a good experience.

The people at Aqua Pro were very friendly and very helpful. I used a coupon on Angie's List to get the best deal in town. Other quotes (5 in all) ranged from $1,200 to $1,600 for the exact same unit. Aqua Pro originally quoted less than $1,000 but then I saw the coupon. The technician, Bo went above and beyond the call of duty. I recently had well issues and had to get a new well drilled. During the well ordeal I had tons of sediment in my lines which I had recently cleared the cold water lines, however I did not clear the line going to the hot water heater. Bo was very patient while we purged that line after he unhooked the old water heater. In addition he check my water tank in the crawl space and helped us to clear as much sediment out of it as possible. When we went to clear the sediment out of the hot water lines, he told us the best way to do it (much better than the well guys) and we had the lines cleared within 30 minutes. I will most certainly use Aqua Pro in the future whenever I need plumbing work.

The provider was very up front and clear. I needed my mainline sewer cleaned out but there were too many roots in the line and I would need a new sewer replacement. They gave me a quote and came and scoped out the pipe again to ensure that the initial report was certain.

I was very pleased with them. I have a 3 year contract with them to come out annually and check everything. I also went to my daughter's home when they did the follow up and they were great.

The plumber arrived on time and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. I had received a previous estimate from anther company who said a portion of drywall would have to be removed to accomplish the task. The plumber from Aqua Pro presented a much more reasonable estimate and did not have to cut into any walls. As he was working, the owner of the company arrived with parts that were needed to complete the job that day. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. My shower works better than it ever has. I recommend the company highly.

The lady on the phone was nice and they were able to come out the next day. That was the only good part.

The tech was punctual and professional. He did not complain nor gripe about entering crawl space. He was very efficiant and completed work in a timely matter. He checked all gas lines and fittings in crawl space for possible gas leaks.

They did a good job and they were reasonable priced. I would use them again.

The service was great. They work very effieciently, and they are very honest and trustworthy.

It went very well. We solved several problems.

Had a coupon for camera inspection of drain. Serviceman came out and did camera inspection from house to street and cabled it. Was not able to get cable or camera from cleanout back into house. Charged me additional fee to remove and reset toilet and then when he found what he said was the problem charged me another 100.00 to push the camera down to blockage but did not cable inside house. Has only been approximately 2 weeks since he was here and I am having the same original problem that I had to begin with. Contacted another company to come out to fix problem. They found the problem in about 30mins but I had to pay fees again plus they figured out that the reason could not go from cleanout back into house was what was causing the problem. Am having to have outside cleanout replaced but it has cost me an additional 800.00 plus that it should not have.

The repair went very well. Aqua-Pro subtracted the cost of the Roto-Rooter from the overall cost of the repair. Even though the utility lines were marked prior to digging, the phone line was snapped. It really coudn't be avoided since the phone line was next to the septic line. They immediately called ATT and set up a phone line repair. We never missed not having a phone. The septic system is working fine.

They arrived on time and the work was excellent. However, they left all the detritus heaped in the dirt and left me with the instruction "Wait a month and then just have all your relatives come over and rake it out and clean up." It has cost several hundred dollars to have someone pick out the broken pipe and roots for disposal and have someone else come and haul them away. I understand the idea of waiting for the dirt to settle and that it might require a bit of landscape tending after settling, but leaving what is probably a couple hundred pounds of debris that the city won't take as trash does not fit my definition of "professional service."

They did okay. It wasn't spectacular. Their punctuality was good.

They were very punctual and professional. They were very knowledgeable and took care of everything without any issues. They were very careful not to damage anything during the disconnection step and also during the installation. We work with Aqua Pro for our basic plumbing needs and problems, so they were the first ones we contacted when we needed a plumber for the kitchen remodel. I look forward to a continued working relationship with them.

My Whirlpool waterheater (5 years old) stopped working. They came out and said it was the "Thermo Coupler". Due to speculation last time I had them come out - another issue, I had already gotten that part free from Lowes (apparently a trait of Whirlpool water heaters like mine). He changed it out and I paid the $175.00. A day or two later the laundry room where the water heater resides reeked of gas and my dog had gotten sick all around the laundry room door overnight. I called them back. The same guy came back out which they did at no charge, found a leak and said it was fixed. I thought for the next few days I had smelled gas still but was convinced it was me from having it leaking earlier. Finally that Saturday smelling it yet again I called again to have them check it. (Mary was very nice and patient since I was in tears at that point.) A different guy came out. He was not near as friendly and appeared agitated. He informed me they undercharged me for coming out in the first place. (How is that my fault?) And of course he only smelled laundry detergent at that point - the washer had been used and that morning the door had been open for over an hour. I was told if I called again they would charge me which seemed fair since they didn't find anything I trusted that I was ok. To date, I'm still smelling gas and trying to save the money to have another company come out and check it. Something is not tight or there is another type of leak. After I shower and open that door in the morning, I'm smacked in the face with that gas smell and after having it fixed a month ago, I'm not imagining things. I just don't have the money (or trust) to put out to have them come back. I hope it doesn't get any worse in the meantime.

I liked them. They were prompt and informative. I liked everything that they did.

They are very helpful and timely. They really seem to know plumbing forward and backward. I enjoy working with them.

Plumber arrived on time; worked efficiently and methodically; cleaned the drain in a resonable time. The price was fair. I was pleased with the results.

We will be hiring them again! He did a great job removing and installing a new water heater. They were reasonable in price and did a great job! Thank You Aqua Pro!

Overall we are very happy with the work performed and would highly reccommend them for both indoor and outdoor work.

On New Year's Eve day, (a Sat. as well), we developed a couple of cracks in the PVC pipes leading to and from our water filter. We had turned off the water, but wouldn't be able to turn it back on until we had the cracks fixed. We called Aqua Pro a little after 2 p.m. They said they could have someone out around 4. They got here a little after 4 and analyzed the situation. They decided they couldn't just seal the cracks because it was PVC and there was very little room to insert new sections of pipe. The assembly going to and from the filter needed to be replaced. They went back to their shop to get the necessary parts and tools and were back in about a half an hour. By about 6:30, they had built and installed the new section of pipe with PEX pipes instead of PVC and metal fixtures instead of the plastic ones we had previously. It worked great and we were able to turn our water back on that night! Pat and Mary were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and got the job done quickly and correctly. Would definitely call them again when we need work done!

He was great. They did their job. He came back if something was wrong. There was no delay in getting what needed to be done, done.

They have done this work on different visits. I also purchased a 4 year service agreement where they come out once a year to make sure that everything is in working order. I would highly recommend them. I felt that they were extremely good at what they did. They were very cordial and helpful. They got in touch with me to follow up and let me know what was going on.
