I had called several plumbers regarding repair & warranty issue. Very impressed with Mary, who answered phone and all my questions. Gave me confidence in choosing Aqua Pro Plumbing to do the work. Would recommend and use in future for any plumbing needs. Costs were reasonable.

I have been using them at least ten years between my previous and current home. They have been very responsive every time I have called and always arrived on time. All of their technicians have been very professional. They always have been great and cleaned up any mess made during the work. They have previously come out to give us estimates on the replacement of water heaters. We have not yet gone forward with the job, but they did spend a lot of time providing us with great information. I have been very pleased with company and the service.

I got a couple of quotes and I liked the price. The system that they offered was a good fit for what we needed in our house. There were no troubles with the installation. Our experience with then went well.

We had initially purchased a five-year plan with them to have them check out the outlets and fixtures once a year. Our water conditioner had failed and they replaced it right away. They did a good job of responding quickly. We did have an issue because when the water conditioner was installed, they didn’t put it in right. They had to come back and take care of it. The owner was good about making everything right. We did later look into pricing and found that it would have been much less if we had installed the water conditioner ourselves. However, we did not check around before having them complete the installation as we needed to have the work done quickly. Overall, our experience with them has been satisfactory.

Provider came to my property one week before the job and evaluated this complex situation, listened to my description of the history involved, then submitted a fair estimate. A deposit was requested which was perfectly understandable. Provider arrived on time on the appointed day with sufficient personnel and proper equipment. Several approaches were analyzed and the final successful solution was reached, one that required much creativity on provider's part. This solution is still working swimmingly. At all times I was treated like family by everyone involved, including the highly efficient and friendly office manager Mary.

This was the first time I had used their service. Scheduling with them went very well. It was an overall good experience.

The last time that I used Aqua Pro was in June. What I would like to tell others about them was that they were responsive and their availability. They were prompt and professional.

They came on schedule, and called before they arrived. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess. They were friendly and nice to deal with overall. Big deal for the win.

They showed up outside the two hour appointment window they set. They originally quoted me a $190,00 free for the camera inspection and then once there told me I'd have to pay an additional $125 for them to remove a toilet...because that was the only way to access the sewer line. When I showed the plumber a direct access in the basement he said it would be "too hard" to use that one. After completing the inspection he told me there was something causing a "slow spot" where water was not flowing freely in the sewer line. He assured me the problem spot was underneath a concrete patio behind the house and said he "wouldn't buy the house" because the repair costs would be so significant. He then walked around the perimeter of the property with some kind of noise making tool (presumably one that helps him locate the sewer line)..and then said the problem was in front of the house. When I asked if it was a problem I'd have to correct or if it was close enough to the street that the city would have to take care of it...he said it depended on where the manhole covers were...and he sent me walking up and down the street to locate one. I still don't fully understand the significance of the manhole location and further more don't understand why I was sent to locate it... I've never had a service professional ask me to help fact find or complete their work before this. His final recommendation: have them come back out to snake the line ($245).. which would come with the $125 fee to remove the toilet once more... and another $190 camera fee to see if the snake in fact took care of the problem. I had them perform anothe inspection on a different property just a few weeks prior and asked if I could receive a discount since I was having 2 inspections w/in such a short window. They said yes when I scheduled, but on the day of.. they refused to apply any discount. I paid for expert advice and counsel on potential problems with a sewer line and received neither. I actually felt like I got dumber in the process.

We were under a situation that required service right away. We called about 10:00 this morning and they were hear starting the process by noon. My wife arrives home about 3:55 and they were done. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

over all experience was excellent. very professional and quick at responding to the call and fixing the issue. will be contacting them for all my plumbing needs. will highly recommend them to friends and family.

Installation went great. They were in and out quickly. Never received warranty information or a product manual.

They were prompt and they are pretty competent. It is small enough that they remember our house. Initially I had them come out to look at the kitchen sink and I thought it was leaking and they fixed it, and they were like actually you are even new to garbage disposal and they didn't charge at all for that for coming out. That kind of stuff is nice.

I will definitely call on them again for this type work.

By the time Baux arrived from Aqua Pro we were frustrated from all the restrictions of having a blocked drain. He calmly listen to our story of what was happening concerning the slow drainage and the back up into the basement. He inspected the drainage clean out using his camera apparatus, then proceeded to take care of the problem. He showed professionalism and expertise in his work. We also inquired about some future work for which he said the company could do when we are ready to have it done. Needless to say, we are pleased and happy to have the drainage system operating again. Thank you Baux.

The tech was clean, professional, and I have no complaints. I would recommend them 100%. I saved their contact information for future use. They fixed the problem completely. He even replaced the old cap.

The work done downstairs, while I feel was way too expensive for the time and effort involved, did solve the problem. The faucet upstairs seemed to be working when he left but due to a small leak from the faucet that was there before the company arrived mind you, I had left turned it off and had not used the faucet until I had time to have it fixed. About 6 months after the visit, I fixed the leaking faucet and ran the water again, the drain is now not working again, and seems to be clogging at the exact same point it was before he arrived. I determined this due to the number of seconds it had taken to backup before I attempted to have it fixed. So basically my faucet does not drain after paying 170 dollars to have it snaked. I have not used this drain for months until company had arrived since it is upstairs next to the guest bedroom. I called the company to see if someone would come out and fix the problems without charging me since the problem was clearly not fixed the first time, but last I heard they would not fix it without charging me. I calculated overhead for the company which would vehicle expense, insurance, gas, materials, wear and depreciation on any equipment, which would amount to no more than 100 dollars for the visit. So I was charged about 140 dollars an hour for labor. I guess they cannot afford to come fix a drain that was not fixed correctly the first time without another 170.00 or maybe a review on here will help get something done.

I was having floors installed in my bathroom upstairs and in prepping of the floor, they hit a water line. Water was dripping down through the light fixture in my kitchen. We turned off the water and they tried to contact their plumber. They were not able to get a hold of anyone. I called Aqua Pro and they were out w/in 3 hours on a Saturday. He got it fixed in no time. I would definitely use them again.
