We called Pat at Aqua Pro Plumbing about the incident and the issue with the broken pipe. He himself was at our place within 2 hours, with his wife Mary, to assess the damage, then get working on the repairs. Treated us fair and repairs were made quickly, with quality work as well...

Description of Work: Our water heater stopped working. We had another company come out and look at it. They determined that the issue was with the control panel which was still under warranty. We called the manufacturer and were able to install the replacement part ourselves. Two days later the water heater broke again. The manufacturer recommended we call Aqua Pro. |They guys came out next day to take a look at it. They determined that the internal wiring was faulty and the water heater needed to be replaced. They called the manufacturer to work through the warranty and came with us to the store to pick up the new unit. Then they installed the new water heater. | |They were pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. We will use them in the future. | |

Description of Work: After normal business hours, they replaced an emergency release valve and copper pipe on side of our hot water heater. The procedure went well. I could not have done it myself.

Description of Work: I had water leaking around my kitchen sink, I called and when two plumbers arrived to fix the problem they said my spray nozzle was loose and the cause of the leak. They refused to charge me anything!

They came from further than their normal coverage area for AO Smith, and between the extra charges for distance, and the fact that my water heater was in a basement, their overall labor cost plus extras was significantly less than from the plumber who installed the H2O heater originally. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Pat came out to run a camera through a couple of our outside drain lines because we had water in our basement. However, upon arrival he assessed the situation and simply ran water from a hose to confirm the lines were open. He did not end up charging us but instead referring us to an excellent foundation company. It is nice to work with an honest, professional and considerate service provider. I would definitely call them in the future for work.
