I decided not to use them; however the rep I worked with was responsive and consultative.

The process was seamless. They showed up at the agreed upon dates and times, power washed and stained all areas. They were professional, friendly, and considerate of our property. We will be using them again - when we need to re-stain.

They came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. When the weather warmed up, the came and cleaned the deck and came back a couple of days later and stained them. The both look great.

The crew came out to do the job, including the boss. They made sure that the stain would be applied between the boards on the deck as they don't fit right up together. They were able to get the job done in a quick and cleanly manner despite it being a windy day. They were careful to make sure that my neighbor's fence didn't have stain accidentally splatter on their fence.

The company provided on-site estimate for 2 coats of deck stain, including staining a picnic table and lounger. The crew returned within a few weeks to perform the staining, which they completed in 2 days. They were careful to shield the house siding & windows from spray. We were very pleased with the quality of their work.

I liked that the owner took care of an issue I had. After the sealant was applied, it ended up a little bit tacky in a few spots after the first application. They spent a lot of time sanding it down and reapplying it so that the results were perfect and at no charge. I appreciated their extra effort.

Everything went well, and they did a good job. The worker was very nice, too. However, we did have to wait a bit for them to start the work becuase they were very busy at the time.

Wood Medic was the lowest of the 3 estimates I received. They were very good about communicating with me and the technician showed up on time and was very friendly as was the receptionist I spoke to on the phone. The technician did a very thorough job and paid attention to details. The fence, porch and walkway look amazing and we would definitely use this company again!

Time will tell if the deck seal/stain itself was good or not. But to simply rate the customer service, WoodMedic definitely gets a top review. All of their communication was timely,punctual and honest. I also like the fact that we corresponded over the simple things via email instead of playing phone tag (seems to happen a lot when trying to procure any service). Not only were Lyndon and Mindy very professional, the seal/stain crew was also great to work with. I can't find fault with any part of the transaction. I was pleased with the price ($515 after a $50 Angie's List coupon) and the service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They returned my phone call requesting an estimate the same day. Came to the house within a few days to give me an estimate. Had to wait about 5 weeks for work to be completed but I was told that when I got the estimate. Fence looks very good. Was pleased overall with the whole experience.

The company responded promptly to my request for and estimate to power wash and stain my deck. Their price was reasonable. They arrived on the agreed date, and performed the job professionally, and I am very satisfied with their work.

Our experience with Wood Medic and Lyndon were very pleasant. He was informative and very professional. We felt that he gave our job his attention with high expectations of all his employees. I would contact them again in several years when our deck needs restaining. He has my highest recommendation.

This company and all associated with it are the BEST! They were prompt, polite, performed the work as asked and did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased with everything and would use them again when needed. Just can not say enough nice things about this company.

Good response from company in scheduling appt to receive quote. However, had to cancel appt due to water ban in Fishers, IN which disallows the use of water necessary with the refinish of wood deck. Will proceed with quote when the water ban is lifted.

I found Wood Medic on Angie's List along with a few others and contacted them through Angie's List website to get an estimate. I didn't have to be home for the estimate. Lyndon came by within a couple of days and emailed the estimate to me. Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 weeks to get the work done because they were so busy, which is a good sign in itself. Again, I wasn't home when they came to strip and brighten the wood. They left me a pack of stain samples to choose from and I called and left a voice message telling them what color I wanted. They came back the next day and stained/sealed the deck. It looks great. The guys had missed a couple of the ends of boards next to our ground cover, so I called and left a message. They came out the next day to take care of what they had missed. The deck looks great. There had been some places where sap had been oozing out of the boards and it was sticky, even though the boards were about 8 years old. When these guys finished, the boards no longer oozed and were not sticky. This has been a very hot summer, up to 108 at times, and the boards still haven't gotten sticky. I highly recommend Wood Medic.

Excellent experience from "quote through invoicing" and the quality of the work was top notch. Displayed a genuine (and rare) focus on communications and customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend to others.

They were very very good. I never had the deck cleaned like that before. Their pricing was half of what we had spent last time with others, so the pricing was very good. Quality of the work was very good. The stain that they had put was good. First time, we had paid double the cost and it was half the stain that they had used. They were very punctual. They came with a wrong colored stain and made me approve it and I didn’t, so they went back and got the right color. I was very happy that they did that. They asked me even second time if the color was okay.

We had a new fence installed last year. This year we wanted to get it stained and sealed before there was too much wear and tear. I called around and spoke to about 4 different contractors. Lyndon at Wood Medic, Inc. came through as the best option. His email and phone communication was super excellent and PRICE was hands down the BEST among everyone else. His crew showed up on time, did a great job and left no mess behind. The next day I saw some color variation in the stain and emailed Lyndon. As usual, the reply came back within a short time and he showed up on my front door the very next morning to inspect. Being in customer relations business myself, I hold people at a higher level and Lyndon exceeded all of them. BTW, color variations were in the wood itself and the stain was good. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great job.

This was such a refreshing experience for us. We had our fence and pergola cleaned and stained previously by another company who was never on time, ruined parts of our landscaping and never accepted fault for known problems. Wood Medic answered our call and was out in just a few days. They let us know when they would be there and were always there on time and worked efficiently. They cleaned up the other vendors mistakes and gave us an amazing deal for our troubles.We have had friends and neighbors make comments on how much better it looks and ask us who we used and we gladly say Wood Medic.
