Initial contact and estimate went quick and smooth. The color was dark and was told to wait until it dries. After two month it is still not the color I expected it to be. But have finally decide to pay them the $720 which they did not offer to decrease the price, although the company knew I was unhappy with it. So next summer I will have to spend $4000 to get the fence torn down and rebuilt and I will stain it myself with the stain that I use on my deck. Very unhappy that this job cost me $4720.00. By the way, I waited two months to pay them, because I really wanted to see if it would get better. I am finally paying them today, against my better judgment. Do not want to see this company name in my inbox again just remind me of the mistake I made using them.

Wood Medic was prompt in responding to my initial call. Within days I had accepted their estimate and work was scheduled. The three workers prepped the area as to keep the stain off the house and landscape and cleaned everything up when finished. I am pleased with the final look and would recommend Wood Medic to others and will use the company again.

The people at Wood Medic Inc. kept me informed at all times about when they would be out etc. They had a wide selection of quality stains to choose from. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. They scheduled and completed the job promptly. I am very satisfied with the work done.

This company is excellent! We were having quite a hard time figuring out how to get our concrete driveway sealed since we live in the country and don't have anywhere to park except to pull into the drive. Lyndon was great about figuring out a way to get it done! They came out in the morning to clean the concrete/porch and had everything sealed by the time we got home at 4pm. They even cleaned off my porch rails after birds made a mess with their nest building...yuck! Great company, great work, will definitely use again!

Arrived on time, carefully protected flowers and siding and did a superb job. Second time I have used them.

Everything went well and it looks great.

First, Lyndon is a gentleman. He is very accommodating and a perfectionist. We have used him twice now. He sent over one of his guys to power wash the fence and play yard before they stained them. That young man spent all day and scraped everything off with his power washer. The next day, they stained and sealed both the fence and play yard. It looks great and price was the best as usual. Will definetly use again in future.

I requested an estimate for the staining in early may and Lyndon came out within a couple of days. He was friendly and gave me the estimates on the spot. About a month later I emailed him with a few questions and he responded immediately. We chose Wood Medic based on those answers and let him know we'd like to go on the schedule. He let me know that they were a 4?5 weeks out. Six weeks later someone came to power wash the decks. The day after that I came home to two freshly stained decks. They looked great! Upon closer inspection I noticed a few things?patchy or incomplete staining in some inconspicuous areas + splintering on the handrails from the power washing?and I emailed Wood Medic. Mindy responded immediately and said someone would come out to fix the issues soon. The next day two men showed up and did a fantastic job sanding & re-staining the problem spots. Overall. Lyndon, Mindy, and the crew members I met were professional, friendly, and helpful. I am very happy with the quality of their work, too.

Deck Magic did a nice job. All went as planned. Very good follow up and set expectations around when they would be on site and how long the job would take. A repair to some lattice did not go as planned on the first try but the owner corrected the minor issue immediately. They were competitively priced. I will use this company again.

They showed up when they said they would. It went very well. They gave us a good estimate and did a very efficient and quick job.

Wood Medic was very prompt in getting us an estimate. They informed us that they were about 4 weeks out, which was fine with us. They power washed on a Friday and stained the following Monday. The entire crew was very professional and personable. They asked us to call with any questions or concerns after the staining, which we did. There were a few areas where the stain had dripped and left a dark mark on the deck. They immediately came out and took care of it. Our deck and dock look great! We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company.

Wood Medic makes the process very easy. They stained a fence for us last year and had given us a quote for the deck then. However, we were considering putting in a paver patio so we didn't have it done at that time. When I called them they had the quote from last year. They also had the color on file. They told us they were scheduling a few weeks out and would give us a call back when they were ready to schedule. They contacted us just as they said they would and scheduled a date for pressure washing and then staining the deck. They showed up on Thursday and did the pressure washing and then came back on Friday to do the staining. They mailed us an invoice. We didn't have to be home which was great since one of us would have had to take time off work. They did a great job.

This company was reliable and did a great job!

I had them do the garage first so they could move things back in before they left. But they left without saying anything to me, leaving everything in my driveway. The garage was still wet in many places, but it was possible to move some things onto a dry area, which I had to do myself (with a bad back). Because of rain, the staining had to be postponed a day, but once again, they left without letting me know how long I needed to stay off before moving the deck furniture back. I had expected them to come back to move the furniture, but we had to do it. All in all, I am very pleased with the work and the price. Lack of communication with the workers was the only big flaw.

Wood Medic did an absolutely fantastic job on our deck. It was so ugly, gray and weathered that I wasn't sure it could ever look nice again but thanks to Wood Medic it's now more beautiful than ever! Lyndon is a nice and honest man who charges a very fair price. We will never use anyone but Wood Medic for deck maintenance from now on and I highly recommend that you do as well.

They were very good. He said it would take 6 weeks and he called 6 weeks to the day. Looks better than anybody else has ever done. Very happy with the work.

They did what they said that they would do, called me before they came to let me know when they would be here. The deck looks so much better, very well pleased with the work that they did and would use them again.

Deck looks great. It was in pretty bad shape and after they power washed and re-stained, it looked like a new deck.

We signed up for an estimate on-line and asked for them to break it out by item we were thinking about having done. Their estimate was very thorough and included a price for each item we had asked about, as well as other wooden structures on our property. The price was reasonable, so we had them do it all. Mindy called to let us know that they were scheduling 5 weeks out, and five weeks later she called to say they were coming the next afternoon. I was amazed at how good the deck looked because it's 15 years old and had gotten quite weathered and dirty. We had a couple of rainy days, and they called to let us know they wouldn't be staining. They came out the first non-rainy day and did the staining. We had different types and ages of wood, including a new door on our 15-year-old hot tub that stood out like white on black, but when they were done everything was a nice cedar tone. Even things I never paid much attention to, like the raised garden beds, look really nice. We just had two more rainy days and everything is beading up well. Given that we had plants right up to the deck (and sometimes straggling through the spindles), they did a decent job of keeping stain off our plants and other surfaces. We're very satisfied and will use them when it's time to do this again.

Excellent from punctual estimate to completion. All peronnel are fully trained. Their website video is 100% accurate, including plant and all other exposed surfaces which are properly shielded against comtact of the stain. All personnel are very courteous and explain the work prior to starting. They call ahead. They strive to be as close to the estimated start date as weather permits. Frankly, you need to see what they can do to a deck in disaster. WOW!

The owner was very professional and courtesy and came out to view the deck and give an estimate before the work was performed. The first staining did not take well in some places, leaving parts of the deck looking faded. Upon hearing my concerns, the owner came out viewed the deck, agreed that it did not stain as well as it should have, and added an additional coat of stain at no charge. The deck looks good since the second coat was applied and I respect and appreciate their desire to make sure the job was done appropriately.

They did a great job. There was a small delay because of the rainy weather, but it was well worth the wait. Very professional the way they protected the landscaping and house.

They were very punctual and had a keen eye for detail. Very nice to have they address my concerns, prior to them starting the job, to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had amazing results and appreciate all they did!
