They were great! I give them an A+! I plan to use them again in the future. The service was exceptional! They charged a third of what other places were charging, and they were able to meet my deadline. They were very accommodating and friendly.

Very professional. Lyndon came out to do the estimate and explained the process. Power washed one day, and then came back a few days later to stain. Did a nice job especially clearing dirt away from the edges of the deck so it could be stained properly. Cost was significantly lower than other bids.

Prompt estimate. I cleaned the fence myself with a deck cleaner. They started the job, but called me with concerns about the fence not taking up the stain, as they typically expect (interference from cleaner?). Looked over the stain and decided the staining was OK. They came back and stained the fence (with back brushing to prevent runs). They used a good commercial quality stain. Several boards were difficult to reach and some spots were missed. They came back out and touched up these areas. Wood Medic did a professional and quality job.

When I phoned and left a message, they got right back to me. Provided quick and reasonable estimate. Kept me informed with regards to the schedule. Did nice job with cleaning. I would use them again.

I was very impressed with the turnaround time it took for Wood Medic to call. I used their website to schedule for the bid. Lyndon explained the process very thoroughly. They were very clean and conscientious about covering and protecting the sides of the house, patio, windows, etc. I saw no deck stain anywhere other than where it should be - on the decks and railings. I plan on using him in a couple of years for him to look at the deck again for sealing because our deck was very dry.

Lyndon came very quickly to do an estimate and had the work completed within 2 weeks. Beautiful job. Most of the work was done while I was out of town. When I returned, I had a great looking deck and no other signs that anyone had been there. I appreciated that the work area was left very neat. Lyndon also had many color samples and helped me to select the right color. In all, a very positive experience from start to finish.

Owner Lyndon Crumpacker did a good job of replacing a bad railing of my deck and cleaning, painting and sealing deck and raw wood privacy fence. This even included a step & old picnic table & bench. He was easy to communicate with; neat/no mess professional.

Lyndon was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner. The deck looks like new and we would definitely hire him again.

Lyndon is a very nice person, informal to work with, and very diligent. He and his crew were able to complete the job quickly (pressure washed on one day and stained two days later--on a Saturday). He came to personally inspect the deck after it was stained. He noticed that due to the previous owners' not maintaining the deck properly, the horizontal surfaces really soaked up the stain, leaving it a little uneven. He said he wanted to give it time to cure, but would come out in 30-60 days to put on another coat to even it out. The deck looks great and I was very pleased with his work. His estimate was about half of the other estimates I received, but I have no doubt his work was the same or better quality. His wife is also a pleasure to talk to and work with.

They had missed a small section of the deck wall and I called the office to report the incident. Lyndon immediately called me back and corrected the problem within 2 days. Deck looks great. I would hire these guys again.

We were very pleased with Lyndon. He returned our call promptly and was very pleasant to deal with. He arrived as scheduled. We got 3 estimates, and his was the best. He covered all exposed windows and plants to do the staining and did a very nice job.

The hot tub and the deck match perfectly and look beautiful. I wanted a stain vs. having everything painted, so I could see the beauty of the wood grain. Lyndon and his assistant were very polite and took their time and gave the job the attention it needed to make it look so good. I had other bids and one was more than twice the price Wood Medic had quoted. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Lyndon was very pleasant and professional. Communication was excellent since all phases of work completion depended greatly on the changing weather. He was very thorough in covering areas that needed to be protected. He did a great job including clean-up. We highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

Deck and dog pen fence were pressure washed one day and allowed to dry 24+ hrs and then they came back and spray painted the deck and pen in a custom color opaque stain to match the trim on my house. Looks awesome! They were punctual, polite, returned calls promptly, good communication on dates and times, and did a great job covering up what needed to be protected.

We had them 2 years ago and will definitely use them again. They do a good job. Can't comment on the price because I never got another estimate, but it seemed fair.
