We have scheduled an appointment for the customer on June 20th, before the review was submitted 3 days after. And after researching our records shows that no inquiry was made prior to the 20th of June. Finally we completed the service. And we apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's list deal, and explained that I wanted the whole house done and I would pay the difference. Mike and Slavic came right on time, did the whole house, and did a great job. They recognized some of the rooms had older carpet and did a great job on those, too. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: They pretended to clean 3 rooms and a hallway as per Angie's deal. When they arrived the first thing they wanted to do was to measure the rooms, which actually are not large. Then they wanted to charge extra for 2 small spots on the carpet. Basically the carpet was cleaner before that after they supposedly clean it. After the carpet dried it was all mottled. They were also rude and unprofessional.

We arrived on May 18th, at 9am, First of all we inspect the carpet as we do every time when we arrive, after measurements customer was over 100 sq.ft. as per big deal, but we did not charged for the extra square footage. and we are confused why customer is complaining. Also as customer told us that carpet is very old, We warned the customer that carpet already is worn-out, and also noted 2 bad yellow stains that we explained that we can work on those with special spot removal, but customer declined the extra service, and we did general cleaning. We work hard to satisfy all our customers, and we never been rude to nobody.

Our office had lots of dirt in the area where we walk, and it was so much cleaner when they finished. They were able to get rid of some pet stains in the great room and dining room. They moved the heavy furniture and replaced it before leaving. The dry time was good as well. We will be calling Steam Master, LLC the next time our carpets need a good cleaning.

They did a very good job. I have never seen somebody working so hard getting my carpets cleaned. The sectional sofa they cleaned looks like new. That has never been cleaned in 10 years. The owner Mike was very polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again
