They were responsive, friendly, nice to work with and the quality was good.

The men showed up when promised. They were polite and efficient. The extra cost to deep clean the stairs was reasonable and the cleaning was excellent. I will call them again in a year to repeat the cleaning.

The actual carpet cleaning was great, and Mike's brother and friend that did the work were excellent guys. I'm very happy with the results. But Mike's drawn out sales pitch ("You tell me how much you want to spend today and I'll tell you what I'll do / How much is the Scotchgard+warranty worth to you? / How much do you want to spend to clean this sofa?") was very unpleasant and frustrating. I continued refusing to name a price, as I feel that is the job of the seller or service provider, and when he finally quoted me the price he used $50 per room. When I asked to get the advertised room rate that worked out to $28 per room (I had more rooms than what was advertised, and he told me on the phone that the more work that's done the less each room would cost, so I anticipated the room rate would be even less than that), he said something about that being the price for carpets that get cleaned every year. After talking a little more he did agree to charge $28 per room, so I did that plus the per stair rate he quoted. Unfortunately the sales frustrating sales pitch overshadowed the great cleaning work that was done, hence the C rating.

They're fabulous. They're absolutely awesome. They're the best cleaners I've ever used in 66 years. They were very professional. They come on time. They do a great job. They talk to you about your carpets. They really care. They're very knowledgeable.

The cleaning was done very well and efficiently. I was very impressed with each of the three Lazarenco brothers who performed the cleaning. They appeared to be honest, sincere, personable and competent young men who area anxious to earn their customer's repeat business. I took advantage of their special offer of cleaning: a hallway, and 4 rooms up to a maximum of 800 square feet for the price of only $79.00. That included deodorizing, protectaent and .normal spot removal. I would certainly use then again. Michael and his crew did not just a good job but the best carpet cleaning of anyone I've used in the past. They went right to work and spent the time it took to make the carpet look like new. While they were here working a neighbor stopped by and asked them if they could do some carpet cleaning for her as she had a spot on her bedroom carpet from her cat vomiting and had not been able remove. I called her after they had finished with her cleaning and she said "my carpets look like new. She agreed that they were the best at what they do of any previous carpet cleaning service she had used. UPDATE: They cleaned a large oriental wool rug and two smaller ones for me. Did an excellent job. The charge was $109 and they also cleaned an oriental rug for a neighbor and she said they did an outstanding job for her and another neighbor had them clean his carpets and he too thought their work was great !

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for steam cleaning much more square footage than I needed cleaned. I figured it was a fair trade for the heavy soil in the smaller area. I was initially annoyed at being charged an extra $45 dollars for "deep cleaning". However, when they were finished, I considered it worth every penny. They did a fabulous job! They really paid attention to places that needed extra cleaning and the carpet looked evenly clean when they were done. Moreover, it continues to look that way - no ghosts of past soils reappearing days or weeks later. They were also very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

Steam Master is by far the best carpet cleaner I have ever had in 45 years. They are extremely professional, courteous, arrive on time, and do a fantastic job. They were able to remove a couple problematic stains and brought all the carpets "back to life."

They are always courteous and efficient. They even cleaned my steps without me asking, how kind of them! We have a toddler and they even got his red jello stains out.

They did a great job, We had some really significant stains from our pet and they miraculously got them (mostly) out! Will definitely use them again

There was a little bit of problem at first but they took care of it. It didn’t get as cleaned as we had hoped, I guess maybe it was just as good as it could be.

I will never use them again. They came in here and tried to upsell my wife because I wasn't here. I wouldn't let them upsell so we just paid for the big deal. They tried to upsell the whole thing and I didn't like that at all. They should come here and do what I paid them to do and what I scheduled them to do.

They did a good job. I had several extra areas cleaned and I thought they were a little expensive on those but other then that no problem. I thought they overcharged me on the extra work being done. The extra areas were $190 but I have had the whole house done for just a little over that so I would not buy a big deal from them again.

The guys were efficient, friendly and did a great job. We originally bought a $69 deal for carpet cleaning and when the were at our home my husband paid them an additional $35 to do extra work on our high traffic areas. The carpet looks great, dried quickly, and the team was professional.
