We purchased an Angie's Deal for 4 rooms and a hallway to be cleaned. We also added two stairways for an additional amount. They were prompt, courteous, and phoned us prior to their arrival. They appeared to do a very good and complete job; the carpet looks great. They gave us tips for helping speed up the drying process and cautioned us on not slipping as we walked from the damp carpet to hard floors. We are very happy with the service they provided and would certainly use them again.

Anton and his associate did a great job at cleaning my carpet and couch on 01/15/16. One problem came up the next morning, where two of the foam blocks placed under the legs of one table had chemically broken down and stuck to the carpet. I tried my best to pick the residue from the carpet, and was only successful on one of the spots. They called a couple of days later asking if I had any concerns, so I told them about the problem. Within a few days at a time that worked perfectly with my schedule, Anton was out again on 01/22/16, and took care of the issue. I really appreciated the attention to detail and concern he had in making sure things were done well, and the small problem was fixed right away. Great job, Steam Master! And, great job, Anton and your associate who helped!

It went so well!! They added a disinfectant to the cleaning solution, and offered to do a test cleaning of our tile grout for free before they left. They were exceedingly kind, and on time, and I look forward to being able to use them again in the future!

Steam Master arrived on time and cleaned the grout in our 3 bathrooms and our laundry room. We were pleased with their work and our grout looks so much better now. They worked quickly and efficiently and we would definitely call them the next time our grout needs to be cleaned.
