They were very professional. They pointed out that I needed some spot treatments done to a few places due to extra dirty areas where the dogs likes to sleep. I did pay a little extra for the stairs and an extra room to be cleaned. It only took a few hours for them to complete the cleaning and the carpet looked great after they finished. The carpet was mostly dry by evening.

I purchased the 3 Room & 1 Hallway package for $90. Steam Master was punctual and professional. I inquired about the cost for one additional room, a stairway, and a few other small extras. They quoted another $90 which I felt was fair, especially since some of the carpeting needed a LOT of work. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend Steam Master.

I had purchased a package on Angie's list. When they came and inspected the area to be cleaned, they suggested an upgrade as we had several spots and walk patterns. I did purchase the upgrade and am so happy I did. They removed some spots that other professional cleaners had not plus they really helped make the walk pattern go away. The gentlemen were very nice and professional. They also worked hard and fast. No standing and visiting with each other. They seemed to work well together and not just one person worked with the other just looking on.

After setting up the appointment with Steam Master LLC, both gentlemen arrived on time and we discussed what I needed done. Because the carpets were white, the cleaners evaluated if spot cleaning was a necessity. The carpets turned out beautiful and smelled amazing. The work was done in a courteous and professional manner. Will definitely use Steam Master LLC again.

It was okay. I don't feel like he really got out the stains in the carpet as much as I expected him to. They should have better results. The gentleman was courteous and clean. I would probably not use them in the future.

They were professional, courteous and meticulous! The house smells amazing and the floors have never looked better. These guys are the real deal!

They were very thorough and just generally personable. They did a good job.

The communication with the company was excellent. I was glad to be able to handle the scheduling all by email without having to speak to someone. They did an excellent job on cleaning my carpets. They were very, very dirty and had dog urine and other pet stains in them. They worked hard to get them out and used something to get rid of the smell, too. Because of the very dirty carpet they had to work longer than I think they expected. They did add $100 to the price that I had paid to do this intensive work. I thought maybe that was a bit steep especially because I did not get all of the 4 rooms I'd signed up for cleaning but I was very pleased with the result!

Overall, it went well. We purchased a big deal for $79 and wound paying an extra $103 (added charge for doing stairs and for doing the pet treatment). Our carpets look great! My husband stayed home to let them in that day, so I can't personally speak to their friendliness and professionalism, but my husband liked them and thought they did a good job. And I'm happy to have our stinky dog carpets cleaned! :)

They called when half out away and should up early. Explained what they would be doing and got right to it. Very pleasant and they did a great job and finished in an hour. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again next time.

Approximately 700 square feet of carpeting that had not been cleaned for some time. Michael and Anton did the work promptly and we were quite satisfied with the results.

The 2 man team arrived at the date & time they promised. I had originally purchased a multi-room carpet clean with a coupon but I asked if I could upgrade the service to include stain removal from a couple of areas. Michael & I reviewed the scope of work and he quoted the new price. We agreed and they began their work. We've had other carpet cleaners before and we've always been moderately pleased with their work. Stains are never fully removed and the carpet is clean but there's no "wow factor" level of clean. Steam Master is not like the other cleaners. Michael cleaned above and beyond what I expected, and cleaned the carpet to a very high level of cleanliness. Stains that I thought were permanent were gone. The carpet looks fantastic, even several days after the cleaning. Sometimes it looks great when wet...but after drying looks ...less good. Not so in this case. I found it refreshing that Steam Master cared more about excellence in their work than about the specifics of the contract. They cleaned areas of the carpet that were not included in our agreement so that the blending of clean & non-clean carpet would not be unattractive. Superb. Last, I'll say that Steam Master was very courteous & professional in all areas of customer interaction. They treated our property with great care and asked permission for even the simple things, like park in the driveway & use the water hose. Definitely will hire then again. Great work!

Michael and Sergei did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. It's the best work I've ever seen done. They did not rush and invested the time to do the job well. I recommend them and would use them again!

Very proficient we arranged a time and hey called to come out earlier and they did that. We had some cleaning issues but they took extra steps to clean them. About a week later we did notice some places that still needed cleaned and they were happy to fix them.

The carpets came out very nice looks and feels new again.

They refused to clean the bedroom and family room because of too much urine.

Technician was very professional and courteous. Cleaning was thorough. Charged extra because told square footage exceeded that of the $69 deal. Also paid extra for spot remover, but spots were noticeable again once carpet dried.

It went very well. He gave a full explanation of what hee could do. He made me feel very confident of his skill and knowledge. The job upon initial inspection was excellent.

The owner himself came with another worker to perform the carpet cleaning. They explained the process very thoroughly, were very professional, but more than that, the work they performed was the best I have ever had done. I will definitely use them again, and I will recommend them to others.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided. The gentlemen performing the service were very knowledgeable, curteous, and professional. One of the rooms had several spots with dog urine and they gave several suggestions and pre-treated the areas of concern and provided a stain-guard at no additional costs. The equipment used seemed very good and they took great care to protect furniture and walls and doorways from getting damaged. Overall, very impressed with this company and will use again in the future.

Everything went excellent. My husband and i just purchased the house so we wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. Michael was very acomodating at getting it scheduled quickly and Anton arived on time and walked through the house with us explaining everything. He completed it in a very timely manner also. The carpets look and smell great. We will definitely be using them again down the road and for other services they offer. Price was very fair as well.
