Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing.
