Description of Work: In addition to the work to sweep my fireplace this company also recommended to us their service to clean our dryer vent. It turns out that our dryer has not been functioning well.It was taking extra amount of time (3-4 cycles) to dry our clothes. We never knew the problem was that the vent us clogged. Upon talking to this vendor they inspected our dryer vent and cleaned it. Our dryer now runs well and dries our clothes in a short amount of time. We are happy to have them swept our fireplace and also cleaned our dryer vent which was also an issue for us.

Description of Work: The company was very on time and very professional and performed a thorough inspection and sweeping of my chimney. They also patiently explain to me how to use and manage my chimney as this was my first time of using a fireplace. Overall they provided a good service but I would say that the charge a little more for their service compare to other chimney sweepers I contacted for the same service.
