Was very pleased with Don Mow and his son, Don Mow Jr. Mr. Mow came out to give me an estimate at my convenience. Was very prompt on arriving at the scheduled time. He was able to schedule my work that same week working around my work schedule. He and his son showed up at the scheduled time to do the work. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after the project was completed and even hauled away the old vanity and medicine cabinet. They did a very nice job. Was very pleased with them and would call them again. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very professionally executed job. Technician treated the entire project with respect and explained everything carefully. Showed up on time and cleaned up after he was finished. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Don's plumbing is a father / son business. I set up the appointment they arrived right on time in fact a little early which to me is impressive in the age where businesses want to give a block time for showing up. He showed up was very professional and quick to get to work once I showed him the valves that needed replaced. I was very happy with the work he did at my house and would definitely hire Don's Plumbing for future jobs.

Underside it was impossible for me to tighten it. Don knew how to do it and completed the task in short order. While at it he tightened everything else under the counter. Very reasonable charge. We've used him in the past for large jobs and were always pleased with his service.

The hose on my kitchen faucet became detached from the nozzle. Husband was out of town and I just couldn't get it back up through the faucet. I called Don in the morning and he came by on his way home later that day and fixed it 2 minutes!! He was so nice and professional. Very thankful. Will be calling him again if I need any kind of plumbing work!

I have used Don's plumbing three times and will definitely keep using them. First they helped with piping for an irrigation system. They showed up when expected, kept me informed on the progress and cleaned up after the job was complete. Second we had a running toilet. Don, Jr. repaired it, examined the other ones & saved me frustration and another trip out by recognizing those were going bad too and fixing them. He also told me not to use the toilet cleaners that go in the tank because they break down the seals. Good to know! The last job was to help install a new faucet in a tight space. Don Jr. was great. Again, I knew when to expect him and he did a great job. He also helped repair a leaky showerhead since he got the faucet done quicker than expected. I really feel like they are completely upfront on jobs regarding other suggestions, cost, and the amount of work it will take. They also happily do add-on work as time permits. They will always be my go-to company when we need any type of plumbing work!!

I found them on Angie's List. My experience with him was good. He came in and gave me a fair estimate on the work. He did the work promptly. He even suggested that he could get the parts that we needed to complete the job at a discount. It saved me some money on the whole budget.

Job done on time and exactly as quoted for time and labor. Upon completion, old materials were removed and areas were cleaned up well. This is a father and son team. Very friendly and professional men know their trade well. We will always call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We contacted them to replace the garbage disposal in our kitchen. We set a day and time with the understanding that their earlier appointments might be running longer or more quickly than anticipated. They kept me updated on their arrival time so I wasn't guessing. When they gave us a quote they thought they would need to reroute our pipes which would also require they drill a hole through our floor into the basement. Once they got started they said that wasn't necessary so it cost less than we expected which is always good. While there I asked him to look at our bathtub; we need to have the tub plug replaced. He was happy to do it and thought he might be able to do it right then for minimal cost. It ended up being harder than expected though since we have an old cast iron tub and the part we needed removed was rusted to the tub. He tested it to see how difficult it would be to remove and advised that it would probably break while removing it, explaining what that would entail. We ended up deciding against having the work done - just too much hassle for now but I really appreciated how upfront and honest they were about everything.

I found Don's Plumbing here on angieslist.com. I was impressed by the mostly glowing reviews and am pleased to add mine. I called on a Thursday afternoon and Don, Sr. (the dad) said that Don, Jr. could be here the next day about 12:30pm. Don, Jr. called in the morning, had a cancellation and said he could come earlier if I wanted. Don, Jr. took out the old faucet and then discovered the one I had purchased didn't have a long enough shank to fit. So, I was panic stricken but he assured me if exchanged the faucet he could come back. So he left for another appointment, I found a great faucet with the longer shank, came home, called him and he was here within an hour. This time the installation went very quickly, he did a wonderful job cleaning up and at all times was very courteous and professional.

Don and Don, Jr. arrived promptly. They were both friendly, professional, and respectful. They estimated the cost of the work. Then completed the work right then....stayed within the estimate. Very reasonable cost. Room where they worked was cleaner when they left than when they had arrived! Highly recommended!

We called Don's plumbing after looking on Angie's List. They were highly recommended especially by senior citizens. Don came over and looked at our water softner that was leaking. It was almost 17 years old. After talking with my husband about what could be done to correct the problem and the cost. We new how much our origional one cost so we felt the price was very reasonable. My husband decided to have it replaced since it was so old. He explained what type of softner he would be installing. He told us he would call us with the date for installation. He also informed us that his son would be the one installing it. Don Jr called and installed the softner within a week. He was very efficient, professional and all around a very nice young man. He also cleaned up the area when he was done. He explained how the softner worked, how to change the time if the power went off and how much salt to put in. We would highly recommend this company

The company was on time, the owner left his son behind to do the work. The basement was not cleaned properly at the end of service.

Don and his son are awesome! Problem fixed in about 45 minutes. I fully trust them in my home.

They were very careful to cover stairs and floor back to basement location. weather today was messy. They are very professional on the job and clean up well. came at 8:30 and were done and cleaned up at 10;30.What else can I say they always do a professional job whether large or small.

Don's Plumbing was out to fix an issue with a shower in my mom's home. She has an older home, 1920's, with some quirky plumbing. She raved about the professionalism and cleanliness of Don's Plumbing. She also felt they charged a very fair price for the work that was done. They went above and beyond to help her with a seperate issue she was having in her home. She was very pleased and will use them in the future.

With one toilet out of commission due to a wash cloth flushed down it, and Thanksgiving company soon-to-arrive, we were worried. But Don squeezed us into his schedule and arrived within a few hours of my phone call. The problem was fixed quickly, and he lowered his normal $85 price to $50 due to the quick solution. This is a small father/son company I highly recommend.

vanity cabinet with top put in nicely and looks good. athroom is now partially updated and we are pleased with the work. Don and son are very thorough and easy to talk, ask questions and knowledgeable. Toilets work wonderful, and his suggestions were right on target. Would hire for next project without hesitation.

We had one emergency on a Saturday and he was out wilthin an hour.

It was easy to make an appointment, the owner, on the phone was very polite. His son came to to the job, he charged what he quoted, gave me advice for future issues or concerns, was clean, prompt and polite. No complaints!
