Don jr. Just came out to hook up a water line to my fridge so I could get ice & water. What a wonderful person, so polite & knowledgeable. I would defiantly hire them again in a heart beat. Thank you so much, Julie

Don and his son did some work for me a year ago. Through no fault of theirs, they needed to come back and adjust some piping, for which they did not charge me. I am now in need of new (different) plumbing assistance, and I'm going to call them.

Don Jr replaced our water heater. Came out soon after we called and had it done very quickly. They have done plumbing jobs for us before and we're always pleased not just with their quick response but every job has been completed very well. I can highly recommend Don's Plumbing.

Plumber advised me that a new toilet could not be placed as floor damage beneath it was too extensive. I arranged for a carpenter who repaired and replaced floor, then plumber completed his work. They coordinated well.

I think they are very professional and very honest. They do good work and clean up after themselves.

The price was so worth it, it was crazy. The quoted me $200, and that's what I was expecting, but the job was a lot easier than they thought. They could've charged me, but didn't. While he was here, he did it very quickly. He had told me originally that he had trouble with where the outlet was for the dishwasher and that it needed to be higher or lower than it was. He didn't know if he could get the dishwasher to fit properly. I rent the house and the landlord had installed the outlet. He did everything perfectly. The dishwasher is wonderful. Everything that he was worried about didn't happen. The dishwasher looks showroom. They did a great job. They are very dependable. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were very friendly and the price was outstanding. They were wonderful. If I had something else for them to do, I would call them. They are the best there is.

The jobs were done in a timely manner, very professional, even replacing pipes in 2 of the projects, that wasn't included in the estimate.

The service tech arrived right on time at 8:30 and was polite and diligent. Things went well and he was done at 1:30. From what I can tell as a non-expert on plumbing he did a fine job. But I was shocked when he handed me the invoice. Labor charges were $960. I asked him how much total time he'd spent on the job, and he said 6 hours including transit time (he said he left the office at 7:30) and picking up materials (and even that was high since the Angie's listing says "no travel charges"). Since $960 for 6 hours comes to $160 an hour, I asked him if the invoice amount for labor wasn't too high and he said that he was instructed to charge the estimate price and that I'd have to talk to Mr. Mow. I called to Mr. Mow and he said that he charges the estimate price no matter what. I asked him what his labor rates are and he said $115 for the first hour and $80 an hour after that. So I should have been charged $515 for labor (which is plenty) instead of $960. Bottom line - first of all, I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Mow. But if you for whatever reason choose to do business with him, be extremely careful. He charged me for 10.5 hours of labor and his tech only spent 6. I don't think the man can be trusted.

He did some work for me a year before and he gave me a card and I called him. He was excellent. He did the plumbing on the updating of my bathroom, they put new stools and stuff. They're good. He was very very good. I knew what I was going to get because he updated my bathroom through Modern Kitchen over in McKinley Hwy. So I knew pretty much what kind of guys I was going to get because they were around here updating my bathroom and putting new stools and all that kind of stuff. So I knew pretty well what I was going to get. The price was reasonable.

Don Jr is actually the one that did the installation and he was awesome. He explained everything, completely cleaned up afterwards and ended up charging less than he quoted me. I highly recommend Don's Plumbing!

They are extremely friendly and the service is great. The scheduling is great and they are always on time. Very reasonably priced. Not only are they always on time, they were actually able to come early!

The whole experience was great from the initial estimate by Don Sr. to the repairs by Don Jr. They are both very polite knowledgeable plumbers. They both add extra guidance and insight regarding possible future ideas that I have. They were quick to respond and punctual. Also, left the house clean as a whistle as far as cleanup. They both definitely know their stuff and very personable. Don Jr. got done in less than quoted time so I was given a discount from original quote without even asking. Very reasonable and honest people. As a mother, Don Sr. should be very proud of his respectful son and his impeccable work standards in all aspects! I will definitely be hiring them again! The leaking pipe has been fixed and the toilet was reseated with a new flapper installed.? Information regarding the best way to handle future items we need to address was given.?
