Description of Work: I called and ask if somebody would contact me to find out if they were able to replace a front door for me and also windows. I called three times before the contact person ever called me. He called me last Friday when I was not home and left me a message that he would be out of town for the weekend and could I call him and he would come over probably Tuesday I called Monday left him a message and still have not heard from him yet. They have a super service rating on Angie's list but I don't know about this company when they don't even return your calls and it worries me what kind of work they would do. For window repairs they have just about the highest rating do not understand any of this.

Description of Work: Excellent customer service From coming to the house for the estimate and returning for the installation. They called night before to remind us they would be coming for installation. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving the day of the installation. Dave Custer the technician was friendly, did his work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself. Then he ensured we were satisfied with his work prior to his leaving. I would use this company again & recommend Window makeovers to others.

Description of Work: Gave me an estimate for some window work. Price was too high for the |circumstances of fixing a foreclosure home with boarded windows, but |they gave me some good suggestions by way of referral. The looked at the job without charging for the estimate. They were timely, professional and honest. Just too high priced for the particular needs at this time. | |Greg |

Description of Work: We had rotted window frames and sills on one side of the house that would have cost about $15000 to replace with new windows. Window Makeover was the second company we talked to. They were fast to come out and estimate the job and very professional. Their estimate was about the same amount as the other company I talked to, but I did not have to haggle price with Window Makeover. He was upfront with what would be done and they offer a guarantee which the other company did not. They could not get to our job as quickly as I wished, but he was upfront about that too. In the end, the job was perfectly done, exactly on time, and they cleaned up before they left. I definitely recommend Window Makeover!

Description of Work: Dave Benigni responded to my request for an estimate on replacing the wood moldimg around my outside windows. He didn't think the problem was as serious and suggested a less costly way of solving my problem. He gave me a card of a painter who he said would do a good job. As of now I haven't called this person. I do appreciate Dave's candor.
