Started with Courtney the customer service rep.. Very pleasant and assuring that work would get done today and that, 'the day doesn't end until the work all gets done'... THAT was great to hear! Kyle was the technician. He showed up, was friendly and professional. Did a very complete inspection. We discussed the findings, and the options. Dealing with repairs like these, the tension level is already high, just waiting to see what it is going to 'cost'. Kyle represented Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling very well and put my mind at ease. The options were clear and the choices ranged from short-term to long-term solutions... just what everyone likes to know to make an informed decision. Highly recommend this company!

I have been using them for about 5 years and I'm always satisfied with their service. Their prices are reasonable and the technicians arrive on time, are knowledgeable, and friendly.

Great. Professional, and no hidden costs.

I like their professionalism, knowledge, they are well trained, just very competent people. I bought a plan so there was no charge for the service today. It's a good plan, so far I've been pleased with it. I think the pricing is good, very good rather. There is room for improvement but it's good. Responsiveness is good. Definitely get an "A" for professionalism. I would use them again.

I called them up because on Angie's list there was a coupon for a comprehensive inspection and water heater flush, I forget the amount. When I called Summers they said they would not honor that, they had their own coupon out. Which did not have an inspection, just a flush. So we went ahead and did that, they came out for the flush. They noticed that we had a repair that needed to be done and they did that. Then they said they found another repair that needed done, but they needed to go grab the piece and they would be right back. It took them well over an hour to get back. We were kind of in a time crunch, we needed to get off to work. When they showed me the pricing in the book I thought it was a little high. When I brought up my concern, they all of a sudden lowered the price quite a bit. The pricing was expensive compared with other places I have dealt with. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay the high price, they were willing to come down a bit. As far as quality, the work was just done last week, so far everything seems to be fine. They were fine. They did say after the 2nd repair they thought we needed a brand new water heater, because there was a pretty major leak. We put some towels down and the towels are still dry so obviously there is no major leak as of now. They were trying to say we pretty much needed a new water heater. They seemed to be professional while they were here.

I will not go back there. They chewed me out of $89.00. It was two times a year that I pay $59 a piece. I called to have plumbing work done at my daughter's house. They were one of three companies. The other two companies did not charge me for the quote. It was for $1300 worth of plumbing that I was paying for. They charged me $89.00. I called them and said you lost a $1300 plumbing job for $89 and they said yep. That is the dumbest business decision that I ever heard. I only used them for my fall because I had already paid for it. It was like $120 for both. They checked the air conditioner and in the fall check the heater. They cleaned up. Their trick is they say, they will send in once a year, a plumber to check all your drains and plumbing which is free. The guy came, his name is John. He checked everything and there was some lime deposits. He was telling what I need to get. He then said, yea my ex-wife and I used to take showers together, I thought that is more information than I need to know. I just felt that it was rude. They did an adequate job but they just left a bad taste in my mouth. The thing that stands out to me is that they are stupid. They lost a $1300 plumbing job for $89. The price is probably average. They were on time. They were average.

They were higher than the other quotes. I had added other things. I am sure they would have been negotiable. They said that would have meet the other price if asked. Give me your best price, don't make this a bidding war. I don't remember everything but two new toilets upstairs. something with her softener, one shower was not working. Don't charge for a quote or an estimate.

On grades, everything was at the top.

I think it was a fair price because they gave us as many discounts as they could. They are always excellent. We have a maintenance contract with them, so they are excellent. Their responsiveness is very good, that's why they get an "A". They have always been on time. They definitely know their business and we have had multiple repairmen and they all know what they are doing. They came in to do a check up on the furnace and sat down with us and told us everything and the cost and helped us arrange for financing. The very next day they came. We didn't have to wait. The next morning they were here putting in the new furnace. It's real hard to find anything that they could do better. Their phone help is excellent and the girls in the office kind of thing. That is why we went with them. We had a good experience overall and all around with them. They have been to our other house because we just moved into this one and I thought I better get everything checked out and it come to find out, we had to get a new furnace. I would definitely use them again.

It went alright. The first appointment for the estimate was missed (the office had not explained my hours of availability properly), but Ed Shannahan came out the next day and did a thorough job. He examined the old unit, explained the considerations in purchasing an air conditioning system. He was pleased to see Summers stickers which indicated the company had worked with me before. He talked about the various brands of air conditioners and, of course, his Lennox was the best. He gave me prices for three different models with various SEER ratings, but was clear that with my older blower I would not get full use from a very high SEER. This is valuable information. I was left with a folder of information on the Lennox products to assist in making my choice. Ultimately I went with another company, but I wanted to say that my encounter with Ed Shannahan was a good experience.

I think the price is pretty good. In all honesty, we haven't really looked in too many places. We feel comfortable with the price. I don't really have an comparison.

I feel the same about all of it. We have the same service person a lot of the times.

They've been pretty good with their inspections. They just look over the system, he told recommended using my air filter for a couple more months. They were helpful.

The cost is part of a service agreement.

I am on a plan where they take out $11.99 a month. When I moved here they were the first company to advertise to my attention. They advertised and I just agreed to go with them. They responded pretty quick. In September they checked my plumbing, March my air conditioning and then in November, or something like that, they check my heating. They check it periodically.

I am very satisfied and they kept me updated on when they were going to show up and do the work. I will use them again.

Our water heater was leaking. They came out on a Saturday evening after hours to inspect about 10:30 at night. They diagnosed the problem. The on call guys came back on Easter Sunday at no extra cost, even though it was a holiday, to replace it. They were here for 4-5 hours because there was a lot more work with the tankless water heater.

The price was included in the service contract. I won't be using them after my contract is up. They could quit trying to sell services and products. They are always wanting to sell you something.

No charge as it was still included under our warranty. The workers seem good and clean up after themselves.

The service specialist did a good job, was reliable and efficient. He told us someone from Summers would contact us in a month to follow up but we have never heard back from them.

I probably would not use them again just because they were so expensive and I had to jue them down. While the guy was out replacing it, I looked up the usual cost to replace one of those and if I went out and bought one, it'd cost me about $49, so I had trouble with the price.

I've been happy with them. I have used Summers also for routine checks in the fall and the springtime for heating and A/C. They do the plumbing also. I thought it was excellent, the pricing was fair. I have no problems.

They are always very flexible with their schedule. Their pricing is the most competitive.

We have switched. We're no longer using them. I think they could be more cost effective. They seemed to be slightly expensive compared to other companies in the area.

The technician arrived on time, explained the process, and completed it in a timely fashion.
