It was our maintenance agreement checkup of AC. Mike Montgomery has been their before and found him very thorough and pleasant.

This was the first time I’d ever use this company. We had a clogged kitchen sink. The job turned out to be a lot bigger than expected, but I was very impressed with the commitment of the technicians to identifying and fix the issue. Even though they were unable to get the work done in one day, they were back out first thing the next morning and did a great job. I also thought their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe came in around 10 o’clock and remove the old filter. Replaced it with a new one in approximately two hours. He was very efficient annuity was doing.

The technician greeted and performed a review of the air conditioner for the upcoming season and tested the unit to ensure that it would be efficient for the summer weather ahead. The technician updated us on the status of the unit and provided a complete update at the completion of the service.

I absolutely love working with this company and in particular Vaughn Burton. They always answer the phone, arrive on-time, do exactly what they promised to do, and for the price they quoted. It's great having someone that is as trustworthy as they are; I go ahead and just give them the alarm code and a key any time I'm not able to be there. I have that much confidence in them. Service went well. Matthew was polite and professional. He explained the situation and offered suggestions on how to prevent a reoccurrence.

Dustin checked several areas (including the water meter) for clues. He decided it might be the wax ring was the culprit. He was right!! The water leaked out under the tile to the carpet and baseboards. He replaced the wax ring, provided new screws and bolts to fasten the toilet down and TADA … problem solved!! Thank you, Dustin, for your brilliant clue solving skills!!

Good service I have learned to expect. Found a way to add a whole house humidifier, work to be done on Friday. Yay!
