Description of Work: We had not had a lawn service for several years but I decided, instead of doing it my self, to try on again. I signed up for the Preferred Program / 7 visits. They did not always leave a sign / hang tag so I am not 100% sure we had 7 visits but may have. My wife, a Purdue Master Gardener, was very disappointed in the number of weeds in our yard. After asking our neighbors with much better looking lawns for suggestions, we will definitely try another service next year.

Unfortunately, our particular territory services the northern suburbs of Indianapolis including, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Cicero, etc, so this is a customer of a different Spring-Green Lawn Care. Though this is not my customer, I do want to share that Spring-Green as an organization offers a guarantee for our services. Has this customer contacted their local Spring-Green to come and respray the weeds? We are always happy to do anything we can to make our customers happy. With the droughts from previous summers thinning the grass, combined with heavy rains this summer, it was the perfect environment for weed growth. With all that being said, Spring-Green is constantly striving to make the lawns of our customers look as nice as we possibly can. Thank you.

Description of Work: Spring Green has taken care of the many weeds and bad patches in my lawn that I will continue to use them year round. I paid for the yearly cost because of the savings and the fact that you can get the premium package of lawn care service for a cheaper price when paying yearly. I always receive a call ahead to let me know when they are coming out. When they are complete with the job they not only leave you paperwork saying what they did but they will also tell you if there is something to take notice about your lawn (ex. disease, brown patches, etc.). Very professional and service is a grade A.
