Overall it was a good experience, although plumbing costs can be daunting.

They did a fine job. They were good to work with. Pleasant people. We were very satisfied.

We like Scott's Plumbing for use at our home in Arcadia. But we needed their services in Irvington on the east side of Indy on an older home. We were delighted to find that they would service our son's home for us. The appt. was set for the very week we called. The plumbing and fixtures have been updated in the past, but in preparation for resale, we needed to fine tune the fixtures. Thank you for your repairs and professional judgement in this instance.

They were prompt and professional beginning with the quotation, follow up, and installation.The installation was first class, with pipes and venting professionally detailed.The price of these tankless heaters is still very high, but Scott was competitive.They are a small company and easy to do business with

They are on time, reasonably priced, and they always do excellent work. The staff is professionally dressed, they address us as sir or madam, and they get right to business.

The office worked with me to find a suitable appointment. The technician was courteous and arrived on schedule. He made the appropriate repairs and gave instructions on proper use.

Excellent service and very responsive. I called Scott Plumbing at 9:30am and amazingly within one half hour they arrived to fix my broken toilet. They were responsive, polite, and very helpful. I have used them in the past for numerous repairs, including, a broken outdoor spigot and a stopped up garbage disposal. They have always provided great service and I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing problems.

They did an excellent job. I had to have countertops fit in and they did all of the plumbing work for that project. I will have them back again.

Earl arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very professional and explained what he was doing step by step along the way.

I’ve always been really, really satisfied with their work and they have always done a great job. This last time though I wasn’t all that impressed. It might have just been a fluke. The service tech could have been a little more knowledgable, and he seemed distracted by his cell phone, so he was here longer than he should have been.

Chapman's were prompt and curtious but I sure don't trust them. 4/28/2014 We have just finished the worse winter on record and my furnace that Chapman's said would not work has been running just fine, four years later. After the last experience I have been afraid to let anyone clean or look at this furnace.

They came in and gave me a second opinion. They fixed my furnace for free in hopes of business in the future.

I have used them before too and have always had very good luck with them. I think they are professional and their pricing is fair. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were running a special when they came out so it was about $75; I thought that price was very good. I?ve just always done business with them. They are very responsive, they were here when they were supposed to be, and I haven't had any complaints.

We had a flooded basement due to a failed sump pump. He replaced the sump pump and recommended a credible water damage company to use. We discussed a water commander backup system and a future project to install a bar faucet and drain. Knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Will use again.

Every experience we have had with this company has been very impressive. They are very professional, courteous, prompt and trustworthy. Their pricing is very competitive. Ever since our first experience approximately four years ago, we use them for all our plumbing, heating/air conditioning needs.

Our Bryant heating and air conditioner unit started leaking water all over the furnace room and floors but we didn't notice it until it come through the wall and under the fridge ruining the hard wood floors. The furnace had been installed in 2008 by Airmasters and was supposed to be under their warranty. Airmaster did not stand by their warranty. They wanted a 70 fee to come see the problem then charge to fix it. I advised I had a transferable warranty the company told me they would not honor it. Scotts came out on a Saturday, ask my name and remembered it during the whole process. After finishing the job he told me instead of charging me for coming out and just fixing this problem he could set me up on a service plan for this year, inspect the heat pumps and the rest of the devices for 155 bucks and they would come out and fix the problem if something happend within the next year at no cost. The repair would have cost more than this and next year I have no worries of spending a grand on a new floor replacement in the kitchen. The service man was very knowledgable, showed me why it failed before; Airtran had ran the piping wrong, and charged me less than he could have. I will continue to keep my contract with this company every year. Thank you Scott Plumbing.

Although the gentlemen who came out to work were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing, their work caused a leak that destroyed our finished basement ceiling. We called to have them come out to repair the leak. The ceiling was ripped open and supposedly repaired, but leaked again. We were also sent an invoice for this second visit, which we declined to pay. We complained, and someone came out a third time to fix the leak. We are now simply afraid to use the tub. No offer was ever made to repair the damage that they caused, and no one followed up with us. We're now stuck with an expensive ceiling repair and a tub that we cannot use. I really hate to complain about a small business - particularly a family-run organization - but feel that this was highly unprofessional on the owner's part. Kudos though, to the workers, who seemed to be doing their best and appeared to genuinely want to solve our problem. Apparently they are now merging with another business, and hopefully the quality of service will improve. Hopefully ours was not a typical customer experience.

At first everything was fine, but when the water heater had problems they insisted that it was the bad water and we needed to add a softner. This has now happened numerous times and we have had to pay labor when they returned. Me wife and I have lived in this area 50+ years and never had a problem with water in the Carmel area, also the neighbor nest door has no softner and had no problems. They have said we should call the manufacture, but I believe since they used this company and we had nothing to do with anyone other than Scott's that it is there responsibilty. They now have told us they would place a new water heater but we must pay $250.00 for the installation. We have had a electrician in for related problems and he indicated the water heater they sold us was a Lemon. They are not excepting any responsibility.

They were excellent. The price was good. They were very friendly and informative. I would give them an A+ all around. They responded promptly. The plumber who came out explained to me exactly what he was doing and what I could do to prevent any problems. He even said that there is no need to call him up if I could take care of it myself, I thought that was excellent. I even called the owner and told him that he didn't ever want to get rid of this guy.

I think they are very prompt. When you call they are there very quick. I think they are a little over price, but then again they all are. They alway do a good job for me.
