He did excellent work. His price was more than fair. He was punctual and he did a good job. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future if needed.

I thought the price was a little bit high. Kind of expensive. One of the guys kept singing the entire time which was kind of weird, but it was okay. These folks are pretty good so I’m happy with their service in general.

Their response time is same day or next day, their servicemen are professional and knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable. We have not had any issues with the things they have replaced or repaired for us.

It went very well. This is the second time they have come to my house. I used them this past spring. I have been looking for a new company to service my heating and cooling system and I have found one! I had a company last fall that wanted me to shell out an extra $300 for a maintenance contract. I did not sign with that company. Scott just wanted me to pay for my current and next visit in the spring for my contract. There were discounts for longer periods of time, but I did not sign up for that at this time (due to problems with another provider in the past). They were punctual and professional. The parent company is Chapman Heating.

I felt they were negligent and did not care if my home ever was finished or if I was satisfied.

They got it done within a few hours and cleaned up everything.

Called Scott upon recommendation of a friend for their honesty. Not disappointed. They were prompt to appointment, explained options for replacement, and scheduled installation around our very restrictive/busy schedule. They explained the use of our new unit, completely cleared out our old tank and even cleaned the floor from water that had leaked from the old tank (the original problem we were having that necessitated our call). Easy to work with on financing. Great price on unit according to several other providers.

The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quicly. tank to bowl bolts replaced. I thought it was a little expensive for the work, but the overall experience was ok.

We were not getting any hot water - both the pressure from the hot faucets and water temp were very low. The plumber who came found that the tube that came out of the heater was almost completely blocked. Replaced the part. Also discovered that the fuse had blown for the WH - oops! I've used Scott a couple of times. Their guys are always so nice and helpful, and I feel they are very honest, too - no hard upselling, just do the job they're there to do!

They were prompt and courteous. They have very good personnel working for them; the person who gave us a quote was very knowledgeable. He explained to us the difference between a battery backup on a sump pump and the water based one so it was a worthwhile discussion.

It was the beginning of the first week of real heat....in the 90's and my parents were coming on Thursday. I Changed the air cleaner filter on the furnace/air conditioner and tried to cool the house down. Noticed the fan was not working. Called on Tuesday morning and a Larry came out after I was off work to diagonosed problem with the motor module. The next they came with the part and installed. The repair cost $692.00 - I did not get other estimates as we have purchased at routine check program with them. this might be why we had timely response - but whatever - it works for us.

They are incredibly responsive and helpful. Felt the job cost was a good value for what they did.

Prompt, conscientious and got the work done. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing hard enough, and plumber came back the same day we called about it and adjusted the water flow. Easy to work with.

All the repairs and replacements have been very successful to date!

All of the details are good, Derrick did not take much time getting here, was polite and knowledgeable, found the water valve, checked for leaks. and instructed me on how to turn outside water off and on.

I purchased my house over the holidays so the sellers offered cash in place of doing repairs themselves. Lesson learned to hire my own person to get estimates if ever I find myself in that situation again. Thank goodness Scott's helped me figure out the mess I was left in. (I contacted through Chapman Heating & Cooling but the service was handled out of Scott's so I'm placing my review here.) One of the problems found in the house inspection was that the gas water heater was not installed to code (18" floor clearance for flammable vapors) and the flue pipe was at a negative pitch, not the 1/4" positive rise required. The sellers got a quote to correct that for a few hundred dollars. When Tom from Scott's Plumbing met me at the property, he looked at my situation, took some measurements and gave me some pretty terrible news--the 5-year-old perfectly working gas heater had to be replaced. There wasn't enough vertical clearance in the garage to get it to code. (Someone had installed this for the previous owners without regard to codes.) The water heater was also located right next to the door into the house which I wasn't sold on if there were a better option. Well, Tom & I brainstormed configurations on the spot. I mentioned there was no water softener and not really a place to install one either (no basement). We decided on a new layout that would place the gas heater over in a corner, more out of the way, leaving the water softener in its place. I'm an out-of-town owner who purchased the house as an investment so it was important to me that the house be safe for my upcoming tenants. Everything Tom said put my mind at ease. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. When I mentioned it would be a rental property, he talked me through options that would help protect me from human error (like using plastic pipes which have more flex if a renter leaves the garage door open too long in the winter). I was in a bit of a time crunch so he got back to me the next day with a verbal quote and pricing options. He walked me through all of the paperwork and I left him a key to the house to take care of the work after I left town. He took care of everything. He came back to review the work done and had them redo some bits so that it was to his liking. He also took the extra step to figure out how to split off the soft water from my outdoor sprockets. I signed an annual maintenance agreement with them which saved some money on this work and provided some extra peace of mind to know that my A/C and furnace would get a proper look-over each year. Since then, Tom has been very prompt in answering any questions I've had. Very pleased customer so far. They also had financing available at the time which helped me out a lot.

Did a great job and good recommendations

I found a leak in copper cold water line going to upstairs bathroom. What appeared to be a fairly simple fix turned out to be more involved and complicated, because our house is old (circa 1900) and not all of the plumbing had been upgraded. Justin arrived early and soon had a price and repair plan, but quickly found the old pipes were too shot to just replace some fittings. In addition, the space they are in is fairly small and difficult to work in due to other pipes, a heating duct and different ceiling heights. He tried several options that were not working, and decided to call a co-worker for a second opinion, thinking he would need to cut an access hole in the ceiling of the next room in the worst case. When the second plumber Dave arrived and took a look, they agreed that was the best option, along with replacing much of the old piping with Pex, because they found more corrosion than first thought. After all the repairs, they checked all the fixtures in the bath upstairs and found the toilet was not working correctly, probably due to sediment being blown in the line. They cleaned out and replaced some of the inner pieces of the toilet, but noticed it still filled very slowly. (I had planned to replace it as it was pretty old) I paid the bill, and they cleaned up after a very long day. Right after they left, my husband took a shower and I found the hot water line had a leak (just needed to be tightened), but also heard water dripping heavily on the plastic access panel they had put in the ceiling of the adjacent room. I called the company again, and they said they would send send someone out right away. Chuck arrived a few minutes later and fixed the leaking pipe. Justin also came back as well, and they figured out the pipe to the toilet needed some work. They fixed that issue, and while we were discussing the repairs, I mentioned I had a new toilet to replace the old one, and asked how to much to just put it in. Since they had already taken the old one off, they said it would be easier to put the new one in and haul the old away, all at no extra charge for this additional two hours of work. They all had worked on other jobs that day before mine, yet despite all the time and effort these three gentlemen put in on my job alone, they never lost their professional manor, sense of humor, or politeness. The price was very fair, customer service excellent, and skills exemplary! Thank you! Highly recommended!!

My AC went out. The service tech was at my house in less than 2 hours. When he told me the bad news about my AC, he had a salesman out in 1 hour. The salesman gave me 3 options and told me that my furnace was fine and that I would only have to replace my AC. He promised to be there with his staff the next morning at 8:30am. I called around to other companies and it would be days before I would be able to replace my unit (I t was in the 90's in August). So, the next day, at 8:30...Scott's showed up and replaced my unit within 5 hours! I came home from work to a cool house!!! Very happy with the service from Scotts!!

The plumber came about 3 hours after I called -- it was not an emergency so I told them to just come if they had an opening today. He came, assessed the situation, and discovered that my faucet did not need to be replaced. There is a washer/gasket inside the anti-siphon knob on my spigot that got out of alignment. He took it apart, fixed the alignment with a paper clip, and put it back together. He even showed me how to make this repair on my own, should it happen again or to one of my other outdoor spigots. He was very nice and professional and I appreciated that he did not replace my faucet when it did not need replaced, and they he showed me how to make the repair on my own should it happen again. I thought $117 was a little pricey for the call, but to be very honest, I do not know how much a service call like this should cost, so possibly the price was very reasonable. Scott is owned by Chapman Heating & Cooling and I have used them twice this year for plumbing problems. I am very satisfied with their service and recommend them to others. Definitely get the service contract with them. I think with the two calls I have made this year, it has paid for itself.

They were amazing!! They were clean, fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. They did not charge me for caulking the tub, shower, or even applying the silicone around the new sinks! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services! They have a customer for life in me.

They did a fantastic job. They talked me through my system (which was new to me since we just move in) and gave me some pointers for running the air in high humidity. Very personable and I signed a yearly agreement with them for $160. Would definitely use them again.

Mike with Scotts did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing before the job started. He "cleaned up" some of the sloppy work that he encountered while replacing the sump pump. He went over everything after he completed the job. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Would use again.

The faucet broke in our bath tub and it had already been dripping due to the knobs being loose. Scott Plumbing did an excellent repair job on our bath tub fixtures. The Plumber was a bit later than the time promised, but I did get a call to say that he had been unexpectedly delayed. I thought it was a bit expensive for the simple repair that was done (it only took about 20 minutes). The Plumber was very professional, courteous and cleaned up when finished. Overall it was a very positive experience.

The technician arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, made suggestions, and repaired as needed. He explained what the problems were and how to correct them. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I called Scott's for two reasons: 1) they were on Angie's List and 2) I had stopped in their office one time for advice and they went out of their way to explain how something needed to be done and where I could get the part. Scott's will be called for my next plumbing need. I was most impressed!
