They are prompt and know what they are doing. They seem very reasonable. I would rate him highly in every area.

They are excellent. Their pricing was great. I've used them before and will keep using. They are wonderful, come in and do the job and leave. They are nice guys. I would recommend them to everyone.

The experience with them was very good. They were quick and knew what they were doing. They didn't overcharge in our opinion. We would hire them again.

My wife and I came home form work to find our gas shut off with a note from the gas man that we had a leak outside. Needing hot water in the a.m. to go to work, I called Shuler's after hours. The service man called back right away, reminded me that there was a higher charge for after hours, and came promptly to fix my problem.

It took several appointments to get the job completed because of some complicating issues with the shower and because of confusion about sink handles, but they were very nice and did a beautiful job.

We have used their services before. The first time they did real well. It did not take long to do the work and they were real professional. I was not pleased this second time when I called them to come out for an estimate on the removal of a bath tub and the installation of a washer. They gave me two different estimates and they seemed too high. So I am calling around now for a second opinion.

We agreed to receiving a new toilet which the company ordered and returned to install a few days later on a Friday. However, the company had ordered the wrong toilet and reported they would have to return to the store and put another toilet on order. Expecting a call back that day to notify us of when our toilet would be installed, we waited to hear from the company. After at least 2 weeks of being without a toilet on the main floor of our house (and without a call from the company expressing intentions to return) we called to inquire about our toilet. The individual we had previously spoken with was on vacation and nobody was able to provide answers concerning our job. No apologies were offered for our inconvenience. We canceled our appointment and terminated our relationship with this contractor.

The guy showed up a 4:30 in the afternoon. He was professional, but not thorough. He said I had a leak under my slab and to call a leak detector to find it. I did and after being charged $85 for Schuler (and not getting a receipt) and then $275 from the leak detector company, I learned that I DON'T have a leak under my floor - it's in my upstairs bathroom which the Schuler guy never inspected.

Gene Schuler had me hooked as a client when he was able to tell me over the phone how to fish matchbox cars from my toilet. He has never over charged me. I have always had "same day" service". They cover their shoes with booties and are neat.

He has been one step down from perfect, he is very informative, he will tell you exactly what you need without overcharging or trying to sell you something you don't need.

I called for an appointment and received one for the next day. The serviceman was on time, very professional, and did the installation quickly, cleaning up after himself. He also gave me tips on how to keep the side sink's drain clear, and checked 2 outdoor spigots for me. I was very pleased with the service and felt the price was very fair. I had been using Schuler as far back as 25 years ago but had gone to another company because I didn't like Schuler's scheduling system; they have now changed that system and I will be using them exclusively from now on.

They were very punctual and did a great job.

Excellent. Ted Downard was professional. He even put slip covers on his shoes inside the house. After looking at the problem he explained the possibilities of what could be wrong. He answered every question I had. Luckily, he was able to solve the leaking problem without having to do extensive work. I would recommend the company, especially Mr. Downard.

I have used this company for the past fifteen years. We use them because they are competitively priced. They are responsive. I can call them and describe the situation. They will arrive the same day with the parts they need and fix the problem.

My house was hit by lightening and my water heater imploded. Water was everywhere! When I called the morning after I cleaned up the mess, originally I heard I was behind 8 other people, due to area flooding. They were at my house by 9:30 a.m., explained everything, put a pan under the heater to catch any additional water and told me if I had any issues at all with picking up the water heater at a later date, they would do it on their own time, for me. These guys were great!

I was very pleased with their service. They showed up when they said they would, did the work and then left. No muss no fuss. If I ever have any more plumbing work, they are the people that I will call.

The guy showed up at 11:50 and left the house at 11:55 and charged us $65 for just twisting the connector. I was SHOCKED that he would charge anything or at least maybe just a few bucks to cover the cost of gas.

I have had them a number of times. The night that the water softener was installed a valve or connector split. I had a water explosion. I called immediately and he was here in about 20 minutes after I called. He also came back the next day for clean up. He was very apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the damage.

Carl was very good! He looked around and found the best way to put things in, not just the easiest way. That impressed me that he made sure to follow code. The price I paid was less than the original estimate.

The plumber sent out was professional. However the estimate was way too high. First I called company and another company come to my door. No one ever said the other company would answer for the other. Then the job seemed simple enough once the trouble was explained. Then the price to fix it was way to high. For a job I could do myself. I had another plumber from a family owned business (Schuler plumbing) do the work for 85.00 vs. 339.00 and I still had to pay the other company 50.00 for coming out. Family owned plumber did not charge to come out.

They do an overall good job! I always ask for Carl.

Have used them for years and they been top notch service.

The service worker did fix another faucet, but was smart-Aleck about the work I had hired him to do, and I ended up doing the work myself.

Arrived on time, completed repair on pipe and helped us figure out that the float was most probably stuck on the outside sump pump causing it not to work properly. Has worked fine since (and it has rained quite a bit).

They were efficient, polite and neat.
