Requested a quote for bathroom remodel that included installation of toilets , shower hardware replacement, and rough-in and installation of tub. They gave me a quote and then upon return for installation of the tub charged me an addition $1300 not listed or agreed upon All other companies were well under $1000 of this quote and felt I was taken advantage of as a women consumer.

I called to have our sump pump replaced. Chris was here in less than an hour since it was raining and did a fantastic job. After completion, he double checked everything to ensure it was working properly and there were no issues. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and just a really nice person! We have relied on Schuler Plumbing for over 19 years and they always do a fantastic job.

Everything went smoothly. We discovered the leak in the evening so we contacted the emergency number and we were guided through locating the leak, then it was explained since were were in Indy and the company is located in Noblesville it may take a bit of time for the tech to arrive, however he arrived within 45 mins which we thought was excellent. Luke explained the water line needed to be replaced and added a new shut off. We were pleased with his professionalism, complete description of the steps and action taken to resolve.

I had to install water pressure valve as water softener resin bed broke and I was told the cause is due to high water pressure. I called Schuler plumbing the company is nice to work with. The plumbing technician who came was very professional and went above and beyond. The company is very honest, price is very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell anything.

Chris is a very nice guy. Knows his stuff and is very good with people. He was efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. We would definitely hire Schuler plumbing again....

I was referred to Schuler Plumbing by SOS Services, which was very nice of them to do that. I called Schuler and the first thing Gene did was to give me instructions to go to the basement and perform a few diagnostic steps so he could determine what the problem was. He was very patient on the phone. Once he concluded that our pump had died he put me in contact with the service department. Then Al took my details and scheduled the appointment for a time that worked with our calendar and he was very nice and patient. Chris, the plumber arrived right on time!! He was very pleasant from the start and assured me that things were going to be taken care of. He examined our set up and patiently explained how our system works and what caused the pump to stop working and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Chris was very proficient and did a clean and quick job of swapping the dead pump with a new one. The new pump is a much better brand and is very quiet! Overall I was extremely impressed by the entire experience with Schuler Plumbing and Chris is the nicest plumber we have ever worked with.

This was the first time I've ever used Schuler Plumbing and I couldn't be more pleased. Eugene didn't waste any time. He ran all new plumbing through the home, and took care of everything. You don't see this type of customer service anymore. He wanted to make us happy no matter what. I couldn't be happier with the service.

At the beginning of a tile floor installation in the laundry room, tile man could not turn off hot water faucet to the washer (valve had not been turned for 10 years). Called Schuler and within an hour plumber came to house and in 10 minutes turned off main water valve in front yard and replaced both hot and cold faucets and turned main back on. Quick service did not interrupt tile installation one bit.

ENDED UP CALLING BUSH PLUMBING. THEY FIXED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

I can't express enough gratitude to the work done by Kenny at Schuler Plumbing. We were having issues with our existing sump pump hanging up on the sides of the well in our pit. When I called initially, even though they were busy, they said they would try and come out the next day. And they kept by their word, as they called the very next morning and said they would be there in fifteen minutes. They were able to get the work done fast, and even cheaper than I expected. We were very thankful for the hard work they put into it and the peace of mind we now have. I will definitely be going with them them for my future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough great things about Schuler Plumbing. They were so responsive--came right away. They throughly explained the issue and what solutions were available, and they resolved my issue. The expert who came (Kenny) was even 30 minutes early!! He was extremely friendly and so professional. The people who answered the phone at the business were very friendly as well. I will definitely use them again!

From scheduling to completion of job everything was professional, excellent job. Called made my appointment for the plumber to come install a faucet I had purchased at Lowes. Discussed what I wanted done regarding shut off valves, and what I needed to supply (nothing other than faucet). Carl came the morning of the appointment and installed everything, explained different aspects of the faucet and plumbing that I wanted to know. Had some advice if/when I wanted to replace an outside spigot, and discussed installation of a water softener for future information. The job was neatly done, he cleaned up all of the mess and disposed of the old faucet for me. Price on this job was very reasonable, as I was quoted by another company $600 just to install the faucet....not including the plumbing changes. I will definitely call again as needed in the future. Great job - thank you!

It was very reasonable. The price was spot on. They were very prompt at coming out. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional.

Schuler was punctual and efficient--in and out in less than an hour. It would have cost more than twice as much to have the installation done by Lowe's or Sears.

I've used Schuler plumbing for probably 20 years for all my plumbing issues. I think they've always been fair. Arrived on time. D0 quality work. I never feel overcharged.

The job is not quite finished but it is waiting on me. So far it is fantastic. They are reliable, conscientious and affordable.

Quick service appt given, but had to change date because of sick plumber. Owner Josh called early with the bad news to let me get on with the day, which I appreciated. Today the plumber performed the work in just a few minutes and explained what he did. There was no charge as they were adjusting after their own install. Did not try to sell me a new main pump and told me mine was about 12 yrs old and what to watch for.

We got a faucet that they recommended, and it is everything I had requested in a faucet. He spent longer than the amount of money that I had paid for, because he was giving us tips on how to clean my stainless steel sink. He then told us something that I had not realized, and that was, that at the water in this area, has a lot of minerals in it, and you need to take mirror and look at the bathroom sink and you will see the calcium build in it.

Arrive on time, in fact, ahead of schedule. Very polite. There was no water mess from taking out the old toilet Very efficient, was finished in a timely manner.

They were very good! I called them on Labor Day, and they had an emergency line, which I used. They scheduled me for the very next day.
