It went very well.
Description of Work: Even though when I initially called, the person had told me it would be a few days before they could get to me, I received a call the next day. Chris was able to assess the problem with our toilet leaking quickly and got it fixed right way. On top of that, he helped us decide what kind of water softener we needed to install in our house. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Had Schuler plumbing to my home in May 2012 for minor plumbing repairs. Had an emergency plumbing event yesterday (06/01/2013) when my sewer pump malfunctioned and started flooding. Called Schuler Plumbing's emergency 24hr number and have never had a response. Won't call them again for any plumbing issue.Not interested in using any plumbing company who can't assist me in an emergency and doesn't bother to even call back.

I WAS ACTUALLY A LITTLE FURTHER SOUTH THAN HE USUALLY WORKS BUT HE STILL DID THE WORK. THE GUY WAS GREAT! I GOT SEVERAL OTHER ESTIMATES AND I REALLY LIKED EUGENE, THE OWNER. THE WORKMAN WERE GREAT AND CLEANED UP WELL. WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT. GOOD FOLLOW-UP.

HE WAS FRIENDLY ,COURTEOUS, BUT HE DID NOT REMOVE HIS SHOES AND WALKED ON MY WHITE CARPETING. THIS MORNING I CALLED AT 7:30. TWENTY MINUTES LATER THEY RETURNED MY CALL AND SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 9 AND 11. THEY SHOWED UP AT 9. THEY DID NOT HAVE A DRAIN LINE LONG ENOUGH TO TO SNAKE THE LINE. SO AS A TEMP FIX HE RIGGED THE OUTSIDE LINE WITH AN ELBOW TO EJECT THE WATER ABOVE THE GROUND. I WILL BE GETTING A BILL SO I DO NOT KNOW THE COST. IVE HAD THEM OUT HERE ENOUGH TO TRUST THEM WORKING WHEN I AM NOT HOME.
