Overall all well. flooring crew slipping in another job which slowed us down. Bob at refune Kitchen & Bath tried very hard to please us.

Granite counter top, master bath and half bath.

Always a pleasure. Bob is an excellent communication and returns calls promptly. checks frequently on work being done by others. Quality installation each time. Have had them multiple times.

With the exception of the granite work for the master bath, Refine used a subcontractor, Stephenson Residential. I am completely satisfied with Stephenson. If this review were about Lance Stephenson and his employees and subs, I would give all "A"s. I purchased nearly 100% of the fixtures, flooring, kitchen granite, appliances and such through Direct Buy or from local retailers. So the cost above is primarily labor and basic construction materials. Almost all of the new lighting is LED-based. Lots of it. I bought a lot on the internet because a full selection of such products isn't available locally. BTW, I strongly recommend using 2700K LEDs. Even 3000K is a bit cool. They all dim very well. Refine's design services were very good, but communications and interaction with their sales person left a lot to be desired. Frankly, my middle of the road grading is a result of this problem. The owner of the business and I talked. He acknowledged the problems and is taking steps to resolve them. I also told him what rating I would give him. He seemed to accept my criticisms as fair and I have confidence he is committed to making my experience something of the past.

Dustin and Carl and crew were very professional and excellent carpenters. They were on time, courteous, and kept a clean work area. Dustin was great in explaining the process and giving suggestions for those little things that you don't think about when planning a big remodel job but really add a lot in making the area useful. We had been wanting to do this for a long time and are glad we did. We love the result!

Excellent. Matt and his staff were wonderful. Worked within our budget and scheduling availability.

They used a plumber sub and they identified some bad spots that needed to be replaced. No surprise, it was original plumbing and a 48 year old house. It was a good catch though and would have been much more painful if it had failed after all the new cabinets were in place. Refine has a very professional crew. Dustin did a great job keeping things on track. We were told two weeks originally, so we told ourselves three weeks. It took four weeks in total, but it would have been three without a hiccup on flooring measurements. They asked a lot of questions during construction to make sure we were on the same page. We are very happy with the overall effort and results! Note on punctuality: The crew came from Noblesville every day. We live on the west side of Indy, so it is a long drive and in rush hour traffic. Consequentially, they did not show up until 9:30 or 10 am most days.

They came took the measurements and said that they would send us an estimate. We never received an estimate.

I found this establishment through my decorator. While my experience with my decorator was not good, Refine made it right regarding her part in this project. Originally I ordered a bathroom cabinet through her and she used this company. To make a long story short, the cabinet was not to my specifications. She was of no help in dealing with the situation so I was able to work directly with Trisha, office manager, and Matt. They were pleasant, understanding, and very agreeable. Matt took back the cabinet and put the money I had already paid towards a marble countertop and 2 sinks that I had already purchased from them through the decorator. I ended up getting the cabinet somewhere else and when that had been placed in the bathroom, Matt and his staff came back out measured, and returned the next day to install the countertop and the sinks. Even though they were out the expense of the cabinet they still did quality work and did what they had to to keep me as a customer. Customer service is the key and for that I am going to return there for any new project I have. Matt, I truly appreciate the kindness of yourself and your staff and I would recommend you to anyone!

Matt and his team (Dustin and Asher & Lew's Plumbing) did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. Matt helped us work out the overall plan and provided some creative ideas/input. He helped us coordinate the orders of all of our materials (and was willing to work with other suppliers/encouraged us to get exactly what we wanted even if we didn't order it through him). His team was also flexible when one of the tile orders I placed did not come in on time. Dustin and Asher were incredibly professional and responsive, clean and polite. They always asked me first if they were uncertain about something instead of forging ahead and hoping their assumption was right. The crew Matt brought in from Lew's plumbing was fantastic to work with - very thorough and also responsive when we had trouble with one of our faucets after the job was over. The job took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth it in the end. Matt made sure every detail was as it was supposed to be and even came to our house himself a few times to fix small things that he just didn't think were quite right.

Had Matt give an ballpark verbal price, and was a few under the price he quoted me, and then had his guy paint my bathroom a different color since I didn't like the color I picked out first......will hire them people again.

The job went very well. The person we dealt with was very easy to work with and very punctual. He was very concerned about the quality of the work. His team worked well together. I thought I got a lot of value for my money. I would tell others to use them. You can consider other sources, but they would be the good ones to compare to. I have already recommended them to a few friends.

He came on time, he was professional, and he recommended where to go for kitchen cabinets. When he came out he was moving the location of his business but he did a good job and was still on time and everything.

Excellent! They are great to work with and are very flexible. They are Old School responsible and thats refreshing these days. Great quality work and we can't wait to have them do some tile work for us.
