Very, very well.
Description of Work: Lift pump stopped working overnight. Biggest snow of the season expected. Called Frank at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was there within the hour. Pumped both tanks and was very nice about everything including information on how to replace pump.

Description of Work: They installed a riser/clean-out pipe for my septic tank. They have also pumped out my septic tank in the past. I has a plugged line(pipe) that ran from the my house to the septic tank. They suggested an easy and inexpensive way to remedy the problem (which I have had in the past). They were able to get to the job the next day and fix the problem. They were prompt and have always called back within an hour or two. The same drain line has been plugged up 2 or 3 times since they installed the riser/clean-out. It only takes me about 2 minutes to clear the stoppage. I have saved several hundred dollars over the last year or so because of this since I don't have to hire someone to come and clean the drain every time. I have had others in the past that had serviced the septic, however, none ever suggested this to me before.
