Showed up early, was polite, w Had enough hose that truck did not need to drive on lawn. Loosened sludge and pumped out tank quickly.

It went without any issue. On time and professional!

We bought a new house and the previous owner said he didn't think a septic tank ever needed to be pumped and they were in the house 25 years. But Powers had no trouble getting it pumped out in the time originally estimated. I gave a B on price because most people I talked to said they paid between 175 and 225 but Powers was 250.

They were very prompt, polite and efficient.

They came out same day. He identified a part of the system that wasn't working and could've severely cost us had he not informed us. He was able to provide us with a business that could do the work for a reasonable price. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a really friendly guy!

We called and Frank powers came out, in the rain, after hours, and not only pumped our tank, but gave us advice on what to do with our old system, and gave us several contractor names who could do what needs to be done to save our system.

This is the ONLY company I would ever use for septic . I have several rentals with septics and they are excellent, professional, prompt and fairly priced. I have use them for years on lots of projects and they never disappoint me and I'm hard to please.

He dug up the septic tank lid, then pumped out the tank. Did a thorough job, explained what he was doing. He replaced the dirt over the cover and cleaned up after himself. Very nice young man, a pleasure to do business with.

I gave them a call early in the morning with a problem of backed up plumbing lines. They made me feel at ease and gave me an approx. time they would be there that morning. They showed up right when they said they would. They were very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job. They also gave me some wonderful tips on how to take care of my system. Called first thing in the morning and they arrived a couple hours later after originally estimating the afternoon. Technician talked me through the process and answered all my questions. He also gave me several pointers for prolonging the life of my septic system. I will definitely use them again in three years. Great service from a local small business.

I called last week to schedule, they offered to come the next day, but I wanted to schedule for today when I would not be working. Gave me a 2 hour window, showed up a little before. He did the work, showed me that it was empty. He packed up, gave me the bill, I paid, and that was it. He gave me a little truck magnet to put on my fridge with the company name, date of service, and date to call in a few years for service. I used this company three years ago and had the same excellent service. They gave me the same magnet for my fridge, which was very useful because it reminded me when to reschedule for routine maintenance rather than forgetting and possibly having a problem. I got an Angie's List discount, and the best thing was (I hesitate to mention this) that the price was only five dollars more than it was three years ago! When does that ever happen? I would highly recommend Powers Septic and Sewer if you need these services.

Powers Septic came out the same day I called, scraped out as many overgrown roots as they could reach in the tank, and then pumped the tank. Total service time was under an hour! Great communication about the shape of my system. They were willing to pump a tank that a competitor wasn't! Powers will be my first call for sewer pumping!

We needed to have our septic pumped out ASAP due to me having a daycare in my home. Even though they were unable to help us right away they were to come out first thing in the morning. We found another company that could make it. They were very nice and professional. We would recommend them to other people .

We called on Thursday afternoon requesting service. This company came out within 24 hours to empty the septic. The top layer was frozen due to the extremely cold weather yet they didn't miss a beat in getting it handled. They also recommended a company to fix an ongoing problem.
