Description of Work: Tom arrived right on time and was kind enough to offer to put on the paper slippers when he entered our home. Tom changed out several light switches and outlets. He was very neat in his work and cleaned up after himself. He checked out our electrical boxes and made a recommendation for possible future changes here but we did not agree to these changes at this time. I would definitely use him again in the future and would highly recommend Tom and his company, Phase 1 Electric, for any electrical repairs.
