We would have used this company, but we found another company would have given us an exact amount so we would not have excess.

June 2nd, the day he was going to apply mulch was sort of cloudy and threatening to rain. He did not show up nor did he call at the time we agreed upon. I called him and he apologized saying that he was scheduling other jobs ahead of me and forgot to call. He suggested doing mine the next day but I told him the probability of rain is much higher. So he scheduled me in the afternoon. Three of his men came and were very polite and did whatever I instructed them to do. I actually added more area than what I told Andy but they were nice enough to get more mulch and adjusted the original estimate. They applied the mulch very neatly and in the proper thickness. I was pleased and thought I got good value for the amount I spent.

Everything went well. Their prices were reasonable and they did what they said they were going to do.

Delivery was promised next day... Northside called back and asked if they could deliver that evening..

We had a really bad snowfall and I needed them to plow for me. They did a fine job with the plowing, but they did break two underground sprinkler heads. They did end-up paying me for the damaged sprinkler heads, but it took a lot of work on my end before I received that money.

We were very pleased with the quality of the mulch and the price was a lot lower than we found at other locations. Will definitely use them again.
