Driver was kind enough to try to keep the mulch to one side of the driveway, so we could get a car in the garage.

I specifically told them we were the house with the red door because the mailboxes in the cul-de-sac are skewed. They dumped the mulch in my neighbors driveway. They did not bother to double check the house, they did not bother to knock on the door before dumping the load. Both my neighbor and myself were home. I had to wait several hours until they could come and remove the mulch from my neighbors driveway and put it in mine. A hassle and a real inconvenience to my neighbor!! They didn't even offer to waive the delivery fee or compensate me in any way for the major inconvenience. Would not hire them again

This was my first time going to pick up mulch in my truck. I had no idea what I was doing. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I ended up going back 4 more times to finish the job and each time they were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had two dump truck loads of crushed limestone delivered for our driveway. Everything went great, scheduling was easy and they were able to come out quickly, everyone we spoke with was helpful. Would definitely use again.

I was flying back to Indiana from out of town and found out that my driveway had not been cleared so I was trying to make arrangements from Orlando as I was traveling back. Northside Landscaping and Supply was my lifesaver, and had it done by the time I arrived to my home!!! Andy was professional, courteous, got the job done well, and in a very timely manner . I have been raving to my friends about the service I received! I will definitely use this company again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others to use!

Overall, the work was just fine, but there was a lack of communication the entire time. We weren't ever really sure when the workers would be at our house, and one day I was told they'd be there and they never came. I called the employee we'd been working with and he said he meant to call me but hadn't. The weather got in the way some, but the whole project probably should have only taken a day or maybe two but since they always came at the end of the day it ended up taking three or four visits. The employee was really helpful in determining how much mulch we would need, and the workers were really polite. They didn't offer any type of discounts and nothing was on sale, so I feel that we paid a little more than we wanted to. I wanted to use another contractor, but he wasn't available for several weeks. We will likely use him in the future instead of Northside, though our experience with Northside was still acceptable overall.

Mulch delivered same day so that was good service. But... Bought 4 yards of black dyed mulch. It is three weeks later and a lot of the color is gone from the mulch. Just looks like bare regular wood chips now. We've had a lot of rain but shouldn't the dye have stayed better on the mulch? Feel like I wasted $200.

They were out of my area, but gave me a name and number in my area. Even though I did not get to use them I appreciate the help they gave me.

Contacted about snow removal; they responded with price/terms. I accepted. Never showed up.

I had checked "the list" to find someone to plow our drive. Called & talked with Andy Jefferson to be added to their list after reading reviews.. We have always tried to hand shovel our way out, but now at 77 & 74 with health issues find we need help:) We had already shoveled a portion behind our car area, our patio & walk areas but because of the cold & amount of snow had to give in & call for help... In my message to Andy, related a Dr. appt. for the afternoon on the 3rd & to let me know if he could not free us before then so I could reschedule. Andy was here & had us cleared with 3 hours to spare:) He only charged us half as we had already cleared a portion of the drive. With the forecast, am sure we will be seeing him again soon!! Andy did a great job and we are very grateful for the service.

They never showed. I don't know if you are supposed to call them every time but I thought I'd had a contract.

Snow off driveway/sidewalks. Did a great job, the only reason for the B instead of an A is they didn't put salt down. I will say I didn't ask if that was part of the deal. Next time I will make the request.

Ordered and paid for 10 cu yds of mulch via phone to be delivered on 3/22/13. Driver and truck were prompt and dumped the load as agreed upon. Great quality and the amount ordered was generous. Have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

We had called around 1:30pm to ask if we could go to their location to look at the landscaping rocks they have available. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and said that it wouldn't be a problem at all. We arrived at Northside Landscaping and Supply around 2:30, looked at their rock selection, and had 5 cubic yards ordered by 2:45. Our rocks were delivered by 3:45 the same day! Literally an hour after being ordered! How much better does that get?! Also, since it was a Tuesday, we were able to take advantage of their 50% off delivery fee AND the coupon offered to Angie's List members. We checked the prices of comparable rocks at other companies, and Northside was certainly the most competitively priced. When a homeowner is taking on a large project like ours, even a few dollars difference for the same product and amount makes a BIG difference. VERY HAPPY with Northside, and will be looking to get more landscaping materials there in the future!

Came to my house, measured the area of which I wanted a small retaining wall. Said he would drop off sample landscaping stones for me to choose from. Stones never arrived nor did a call...or anything. My guess was it was "too small" of a project for his liking, which is fine, but please COMMUNICATE that!

Asked for estimate to remove snow; said he would come; did not come or give estimate.

I called Andy in the evening just after the snow had started. It was already wet, icy and heavy snow that I knew would be difficult for me to take care of. He said he'd be able to fit me in the next morning and that I would get an Angie's List discount. I texted him my info. The next morning just after 8, Andy and his team were at my house shoveling and plowing away. They finished in less than a half hour and the driveway and walk ways look GREAT! The timing was perfect for me to get out and head to work with zero issues. This was a great use of $40. I will definitely use Andy and his team again. They ROCK!
