Requested service over the phone as I was out of town. Excellent response from the owner accepting the job and the job was done in time before I came back into town. While most of the snow was removed, there was still a sheet of ice in half of my driveway. Not sure if he couldn't remove that because it was too solid and frozen or if he had to leave in a hurry. Will use the services again though to see if the job gets done more satisfactorily next time.

Everything went smoothly. Will be using them again in the future!

Northside landscaping has the best prices I could find on mulch and gravel in Indianapolis! bought 5 yards of mulch and delivery was split for 2 locations without a problem. Delivered the day after ordering and on time as stated. I would reccomend northside landscaping to anyone needing anything they need for landscaping. Thank you very much to Andy! I will be back for more materials next year!

I am disappointed. I was home when they delivered, but were in such a hurry to dump and go that the driver did not give me time to every run out of the house and tell them where to place it. The dump part of the truck got stuck in the tree and they ripped out branches and damaged others. Called the owner and he came out to view the damage and said he would be back to clean up his mess and never showed. If you only care about price, this company seemed to have the lowest with some delivery specials.

I called for an estimate and their price was the best we found. They always answered the phone promptly and pleasantly. We easily arranged a date for the service. The date they were to do the work, they called saying they were going to be late due to the previous day's job running over. They called to let me know a revised estimated time for arrival and then called again to reschedule for the next day. Ideally they would have been able to keep their original date, but they were communicative so ti wasn't a real problem.

Very friendly people work here. I was in and out quickly when I picked up both loads of mulch. Driving from Fishers (116th and Allisonville) it was 40 minutes round trip, including load time. For the savings cost of mulch ($2 off a yard with Angie's list coupon) it was the drive and time to come here over the local place (over $40 per yard).

We were very pleased with the quality of the mulch and also the service. Our mulch was delivered the next day and right on time. Northside had the best price of all places we shopped and the Angie's list discount made it even better.

The usual minimum is three cubic feet for deliver but she was kind and made an exception for us given we had come up to their location to see the mulch first hand. They delivered the very next morning right on the tarp we had laid out on our driveway. The color looks great. Happy across the board.

Northside provided same day service for mulch delivery (within 20 minutes of calling the mulch was delivered). They were professional, courteous, and I will do business with them again!

The mulch was originally was to be delivered on Wednesday but it wasn't there when I arrived home at around 5:15. I called them and he apologized and explained that he'd misplaced my information because he wasn't in the office when he took my order. He offered to still deliver the mulch that day but I rescheduled to Friday. The mulch was delivered as scheduled on Friday. The quality of the mulch was very good.

Great! They offer discounts for delivery on certain days and they did not have a minimum limit in order to deliver. There prices were very reasonable- the product and service were great!

His charges were the same for three inch snow and six inch snow. He cleared the driveway and put the card in the mail box. I later sent him a check. He did manage to scrape across one of my flower beds; it was not a big deal. I had to call once or twice to make sure that he was going to come early in the morning.

We were very pleased with the way Andy took care of us. Starting 12/13/2010 thru 2/25/2011 Snow was cleared seven times. I have a coronary problem and cannot remove snow. Andy was always prompt and did a great job.

It was well worth what they charged for the snow removal. They have always been excellent. For what they do, it is very good. They do an excellent job. They are very congenial and professional.

They are great. We have been out of town and they have taken care of snow removal. He called me back within 30 minutes when I called him. I asked him to clear the snow from my driveway and after two hours he called me back and said he had finished the work. He was very quick in responding. He was the first to give me a quote and his price was reasonable. I will probably use him for my lawn as well.

Northside always seems to be here to take care of the snow, he has been here 4 times this winter.

I emailed the company early one snowy morning and received a prompt telephone reply. I asked the man to describe his snow removal service and learned that services a wide area, yet had all of his residential customers plowed before 6:00am. I was pleased with his professionalism and $30 is a reasonable rate. In the end, I did not choose this company, because I learned my landscaping guy also does snow removal at the same rate. Since my regular guy is more familiar with the yard, I felt like that would help limit any accidental yard damage. If my landscaping guy ever stops doing snow removal, I will call Northside in the future.

It went very well. They started the project when said they would and finished as expected. I was very satisfied with the results.

Delivery was several hours late, but on the promised date, however the material was topsoil only. After a phnoe call I received an apology and a plausible excuse and a 2 yard load of compost the next day, so I actually got more material than I paid for, so I was not unhappy with the overall experience.

When I first ordered the topsoil there was a delay of a few days because of the rain. I was told they could not deliver after a recent rain because they would not be able to process the topsoil. My order was delivered on 7/19/2010 and I left work early to get the soil spread out over my front yard because it was due to rain later in the evening. The top half of the pile was easy to spread and went well. There were a few rocks, but nothing major. When we got to the bottom half it was wet and clay like. Spreading it was near impossible and I was left with several large chunks. I covered it up with a plastic tarp as it started to rain in hopes it would dry out and be usable. After a few days of trying to pound hardened chunks of topsoil with a shovel in the heat I called Northside Landscape Supply on 7/22/10 and 7/23/10. Both times the representative told me they would have the owner give me a call. After not hearing from the owner I sent them an email on 7/26 expressing my frustration with the product delivered and the project delay. I got a call on 7/28 saying they would redeliver the order that same day or the following day. After nothing was delivered I called back on 8/2 and left a voicemail. I have not heard back yet. I had even left the clay chunks out on the yard in case they wanted to come validate the complaint. I ended up going to the local hardware store on 8/5 to buy bags of topsoil to finish the project and threw away the unusable chunks. I would not order from this company again.

We were obviously pleased with the price. Scheduling was more difficult because that was the period in May in which it rained forever. The work was completed within 2 weeks of my first phone call. The quality of the mulch was what we expected, and the workers applied the mulch thickly and neatly in the beds. My husband showed them where we needed the mulch and they worked very quickly and efficiently. I called the next day and paid by credit card over the phone. I liked their website. We will definitely use Northside again.

Truck showed up within estimated hours. Job was completed within 20 min. Workers left area clean.

The initial encounter I had with them was not good. I had a confusion with their billing. When I asked them about it they did not handle it professionally. They are actually good and I do want to rate them down for that; however, I was not happy with the way they handled it. They took my credit card over the phone, and I thought that was the charge they would charge me. When I got an invoice and I called them with my confusion, they had no clue about it. I had to wait till my next bill to get it clarified. The price they charged me was good and they were nice, but I definitely did not have the best professional experience with them.
