Kinsey's Floor Covering

The service was excellent. They were on time the two days I used them. There a couple of tiles that didn't look right in the pattern and they came right out and pulled up the tiles and put down some that looked better. They were priced a little high, but they were so good that it was worth it.

Did an excellent job even though the concrete flooring proved troublesome for the installer.

Kinsey's was super efficient, neat, professional. The crew came on time, did their work well, and finished on schedule. . Pam Kinsey was very kind and patient in helping me to choose the correct color and grout. She answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably.

I have worked with them before as well. They are great people to work with. They come when they say that they are going to come and do excellent work. I have had no problems with them.

Excellent from start to finish..............everything was top notch! The owners, office staff, and installation crew all demonstrated true professionalism. The installation process was incredible to watch. It almost appeared as if they had an individual game plan developed just for this project.Everybody "did their own thing" with very little dialoge, and before you knew it everything came together.

After visiting several carpet chain stores it was suggested that we visit Kinsey's flooring by our contractor John Bonnar. Pam Kinsey spent a great deal of time going over what our needs were and making suggestions on how to get them done. She was also very guick in getting larger samples of carpeting for us to use in making our decision. We felt that their pricing was competitive with the larger stores and also got a good feeling about dealing with a local, family business. Their installers were on time each morning and did a very good job of installing the carpet and vinyl

They were very good and efficient. The tiles for the kitchen had different patterns. A couple of the tile patterns weren't particularly to my liking and they willingly replaced them without additional cost. They were very easy to work with.

They came out a little earlier than expected to help before Thanksgiving, which was wonderful. The carpeting had been folded, leaving crease marks, but they were able to steam and stretch the carpet so that all the marks were gone.

The salesmen were professional, polite, and punctual.

Store hours are 9 to 4; will meet customers other hours if pre-arranged; no Saturday hours make drive a little convenient for those of us who work out of town. The finished product, however, was very good. Although it took a bit longer than I expected, the price was reasonable.

They arrived right on time and worked quickly and courteously. We were amazed that they could get the work done in one day. We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again in the future.

KINSEY'S IS ALWAYS RELIABLE AND DOES A GREAT JOB. THE HARDWOOD IN PARTICULAR IS BEAUTIFUL.

THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE NICE AND POLITE, AND LET ME TAKE HOME NUMEROUS CARPET SAMPLES. THE INSTALLER WAS POLITE, EFFICIENT, QUICK. HE DID A GREAT JOB, INCLUDING CUTTING OUT SIX HOLES AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT! THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER QUOTES I HAD GOTTEN FROM ONE OF THOSE COME TO YOUR HOUSE FLOORING COMPANIES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. THEY DIDN'T HAVE CERAMIC TILE IN THEIR SHOWROOM AT THE TIME, BUT I HAD MANY OPTIONS AT THE DISTRIBUTORS THEY SENT ME TO.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE AND WERE ON TIME. ONLY IMPROVEMENT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS A LARGER SHOWROOM.

THEY MADE SUCH A GREAT IMPRESSION WHEN I FIRST MET THEM, THAT I'VE USED THEM EVER SINCE. THEY PAY GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ONLY ACCEPT THE BEST QUALITY WORK FROM THEMSELVES, AND ARE VERY FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. WE SHOWED UP AFTER THEY HAD LOCKED THE DOORS, BUT SHE STAYED LATE AND SPENT AN HOUR GIVING US EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW. WE HAD A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE, YET THEY GLADLY WORKED WITH US TO SCHEDULE AND THEN RESCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION TO OUR NEEDS. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. THE INSTALLERS WHERE VERY TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL. THEY SHOWED UP 10 MINUTES EARLY AND WAITED OUTSIDE UNTIL THE SCHEDULED TIME. I APPRECIATED THE PROMPTNESS. I HAD JUST INSTALLED AND FINISHED 8 INCH BASEBOARDS. THEY PUT IN 650 SQ FEET OF CARPET AND NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH OR SCUFF. LINOLEUM PUT DOWN IN THE BATHROOM WAS PERFECTLY FIT TO THE WALL AND DOOR JAMBS. MAY HAVE PAID A LITTLE MORE, BUT WE RECEIVED QUALITY WORK WITH NO HASSLE.

ARRIVED WHEN EXPECTED. LARGE CREW TOOK CARE OF THE JOB IN ONE DAY. VERY CLEAN, FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. LOOKS BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED. WILL USE AGAIN.

THE GUYS WERE GREAT. CONSCIENTIOUS AND CLEAN. THE FINAL INVOICE CAME IN WELL UNDER BID AND I'M THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS.

AFTER DISCUSSING OUR SITUATION AND SHOWING US SOME IDEAS, MRS. KINSEY GAVE US THE BUSINESS CARD FOR ANOTHER COMPANY AND SUGGESTED THAT THEY HAVE THE EQUIPMENT AND EXPERIENCE TO DO THIS KIND OF WORK. WE HAVE SINCE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM AND APPRECIATE HER WILLINGNESS TO MAKE SUCH A REFERRAL.

RON KINSEY CAME OUT AND DID AN ESTIMATE AND ACTUALLY ADVISED ME TO WAIT AND HAVE THE WORK DONE AT A LATER DATE. WHEN THE TIME CAME, HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, CARING AND COURTEOUS.

EXCELLENT JOB. THREE MEN WORKED 8 HOURS STRAIGHT WITH NO BREAK. CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. BEAUTIFUL JOB.

I SHOPPED AROUND QUITE A BIT, AND KINSEY WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME TO WORK. THEY VACUUMED AFTER THEY LAID THE CARPET AND TOUCHED UP THE WOODWORK IF THEY THOUGHT THEY PUT ANY SCRATCHES IN IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

HE AND HIS HELPER WORKED VERY HARD AND GOT IT FIXED. WHEN HE LEFT HE SAID THAT IF IT DIDNT WORK TO LET HIM KNOW. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSCIENTIOUS.

THEY ARE JUST SUPERB. CARPET STRETCHED AT NO CHARGE. I THIN THEY ARE A VERY SMALL OPERATION BECAUSE PRICE WISE THEY CANT COMPETE WITH LARGER COMPANIES. RON (THE OWNER) COMES OUT HIMSELF AND DOES EVERYTHING.WHEN KINSEY PUTS YOUR CARPET IN YOU KNOW THAT ITS DONE WELL AND THAT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING IS THE BEST YOU CAN HAVE.
