They did an excellent job. The tile guy is a high professional. He is very crafty. I've gone back to them more than once. They were very helpful. It was great.The guys that put all of the wood laminate down did a great job too.

Not well. I sent two requests via email through Angies List. Basically because it says they repair carpet. Guess they aren't concerned about that. If they aren't concerned about doing repairs, they need to 1. respond 2. have angies list remove that off their services offered. this is the very first time in the 10 years I have been a member I have not been contacted when I have requested to be contacted.

They did a really nice job. We were very happy to have them.

I had a water main break and needed new carpet in my finished basement and some new flooring on the first floor. Decided to upgrade my vinyl to laminate in the process. I got bids from the carpet contractors my insurance company recommended and also several local contractors. Kinsey's was not the cheapest, but I wanted a local company that stood behind their installation and materials. So many carpet firms sub out the labor and then when something goes wrong the finger pointing starts and the consumer is the one who looses out. Pam and Mary really helped me decide on the laminates and carpet and I made at least 6 trips home with samples to try and decide. Once Joe and the crew showed up and started the work I knew I had made the right choice. They got the carpet downstairs without chewing up my freshly painted new walls, got my pool table on sliders so they could move it around to do the install right and really did a great job. The laminate was even better. No gaps, no waste, just a really tight good installation. I probably could have saved a little $ and gone to the national chains on materials but I guarantee their install crew would not have been able to handle this large job to such perfection. They let me use my Angie's list coupon, and gave me free cleaning with Boldens for buying carpet with them. No regrets and will definitely use them again!

Called and setup the time, was early. Performed the work quickly and knew how to repair the various types of carpet even berber. Provided insight on how to take of the issues in the future. Also, provided input on what would need to be done in the future and approximation of cost. Very pleased with the work.

They were terrific. They worked within the budget that my insurance company gave me and they were very helpful in matching the new carpet with the old. The carpet installation went smoothly. They moved the heavy furniture, took out the old padding and carpet and did a beautiful job installing the new carpet. I would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful in the showroom, spending a lot of time with us going over options. The men who removed the old carpeting and installed the new flooring were very professional. They did an excellent job. The floors are beautiful and just what we wanted. The work went more quickly and more smoothly than we expected. Pricing was very similar to that of the other companies from whom we had gotten estimates. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when we need new flooring.

They were excellent. I thought they were really willingly to work with me. I had a budget amount that I wanted to stay within and they seemed to really make every effort to meet with that budget or close to that with the product that I wanted.

Pam & Ron were very helpful with "selection" process....then we brought our decorator to their shop and she agreed with selection and helped us in choosing the "right" color. The installers showed up when promised and were wonderful!!! Very professional, moved our furniture carefully and the installation went without a hitch. The carpet looks beautiful! Very happy with the installer, Tony - he has done this a few times!!! They installed, vacuumed, and put my furniture back in place. We are using Kinsey's for tile installation in a bathroom next week. Will definitely use them in the future.

Nice to work with pleasant people from the owners, to sales and to the installers. Very patient with our selection process, and allowed us to review samples for an extended time. There was a two-month delay in the order, which they communicated at the start, and the timing for shipment was right on. A great experience. The installers had to work around a stone fireplace, which they did very well. The entire job looks great.

We needed to replace the carpet in our entire house. We got quotes from 2 other companies, along with Kinsey's for similar high quality carpet and padding. Kinsey's quote was a little higher than the others, but when we showed them the other quote, they lowered the quote to something close--probably a little bit higher, but the selling feature was that the other company would not move the piano, and Kinseys was willing to move the furniture in each room (piano, heavy antique bureau, china cabinet, solid wood stereo cabinet) for only $15 more per room. SOLD! They did half of the job on a Friday, and finished the rest on Saturday. The installers were professional. We were around most of the time, but did leave for a few minutes on a couple of occasions to run errands. We actually left to pick up dinner on Friday night, and they had replaced our furniture and locked up while we were gone. Nothing was broken, no marks on the walls, and the job looks great. I would use them again.

They came out promptly measure. They were great in helping us pick out the type of carpeting and they made sure we were aware of an upcoming sale which saved us money. The installers were at the house on time and did a wonderful job. We would definitely use them again.

We have used them multiple times. They were amazing. We would hire them multiple times. They are just great and fantastic in what they do. They are very prompt in coming out and giving an estimate. When they give you a date that they will be here they are right on that date unlike a lot of other places. They are just incredible. They never charged us, they are such nice people. They've been here a lot of times. They have put in a hardwood floor then we had them put in three rooms of carpet. They came back and actually did our tiles for the kitchen and then they did the new addition that we had. Even though I've had them here before I still always go out and check into everything like the prices and all that.

I like them, they are fine. I have used them a couple times. I think they do a good job.

Provided itemized estimate as requested in case I decided to complete a portion of the project myself (i.e., install shoe molding). They then ordered a carton of flooring to make sure that the color we had chosen would match existing flooring. Installation went smoothly on the day promised. They have a very professional install crew. We are repeat customers and would highly recommend.

They came in and did it and they were done. It was a one day job. We have used them in the past for carpeting. We were very satisfied with the carpeting. We went to see them about placing the tile in the bathroom. They showed us some nice samples. They gave a quote and we let it sit for quite a while. They came back and there was no problem. They ordered the stuff and we scheduled. They were in and out. They did a great job. We were very happy with it. They took off the existing floor with the tile and it was really no big deal. Some other companies we talked to said they could go over the top of it which we didn't want to do. They also said that it was going to be a fairly major job to take it off, but Kinsey's didn't. They just did what they said they would do. They were friendly. They were less expensive. We would use them again in the future.

Ron Kinsey was aware we had a large dog and came to the house to see the dog and determine if she would do damage to hardwood floors. Ron and Pam worked with us in their showroom to find a wood hard enough to withstand the wear and tear of the dog. The installation took three days and the installers were excellent !! They arrived early every day, never left for lunch, and worked a hard eight hours each day. Ron Kinsey came by daily to check on how it was going and to answer any questions that we had. They were respectful of our dog, our furniture and pleasant to have in the house. The job is absolutely beautiful and we are 110% pleased working with Kinsey's.

Kinseys was fabulous! Pam spent a lot of time with me in selecting the flooring and the installation was on time and beautifully done. They left the floors and my home in great shape. I will use them again in the future.

Pam was very helpful in assisting us with making selections and estimating costs in the beginning so that we knew where we were heading and what we could afford. The installers were prompt, courteous and did and excellent job. We were ecstatic with the results. The look of our home was totally changed to look like brand new.
