Kinsey's has been in business since 1988. Our mission is to provide customers with quality flooring materials, excellent customer service and expert installation. What makes Kinsey's unique from other flooring companies is our emphasis on quality workmanship. We use only high-quality supplies and expert installation crews. Some members have been with us for over 20 years, and you can count on them to be courteous, professional and punctual. We have a highly talented and knowledgeable sales team, some that have been with us since Kinsey's opened. Our staff will educate customers on the flooring they are interested in while finding a product that fits their family's needs and budget. We carry many of the top brand carpets, vinyls, laminates, hardwoods and ceramic tiles.

Description of Work: We received an estimate on flooring we wanted to purchase. The cost of the job was way more than we anticipated, but we were pleased with the service received. They were busy, so we did have to call back a couple of times to get the estimate.

Description of Work: I called Kinsey's to help with two things. First, I had a large (9 square inches at least) hole an area of carpet upstairs. I can't believe how well Ron patched it. You'd never be able to tell a hole was there in the first place. I was going to take a picture for this review, but without a "before" picture it would have no meaning. It is a relief to have that eyesore gone now. Secondly, I had some carpet pulled back and baseboards off, down in the finished basement. Ron put everything back in place and nailed the baseboards back in without damaging them.

Description of Work: I cannot give a high enough rating to this company. We had used them to redo the floors throughout our old home and just recently moved into a new home and used them to install hardwoods and carpet. The owners of this company, Ron and Pam Kinsey, are beyond exceptional in the service they provide to their clients. Ron Kinsey problem solved so many issue we had in the new home without the blink of an eye. Ron and Pam receive our flooring business without exception. Don't even bother with anyone else. Fantastic company.
