John Mitchell Moving/Two Guys & A Truck

Movers damaged quite a few items. I thought they packed well. Moving day was not good. Crews did not exercise care. Put my surge suppressor inside the air chamber of my sleep number bed. Punctured air mattress when inflated. Too many guys just standing around. To top it off they have not paid my claim. I have moved professionally three times before and this was the worst move. Would not use them again. I would run.away.fast.

All went well. I've used this company before and as a result am a return customer. AJ and Tristan worked with me this time and were excellent. On time, courteous, and careful. I was very happy with their work. The next time I move. I'll go with them again. Also, they provide a discount for return customers.

These guys were AMAZING. Great communication, punctual, hard workers, did the work in two hours less than the quote, very respectful. All around a great experience and I would definitely recommend for anyone considering a moving company.

It was an excellent experience. The moving team made up of Christ , Cody and Kody was excellent and very responsive to my need. They were also able to move a large piece into a room that the furniture delivery company was not able to accomplish.

John Mitchell Moving/Two Guys are AWESOME! I hired them to help my grandmother move from a two story house with bulky, valuable, and some ancient furniture. The movers were professional, punctual, and they went above and beyond what she/I had expected. I will definitely use John Mitchell again and have referred them to another family member. The day of the move it began to snow really bad, and they were still on time, courteous, and got the job done in a timely fashion. They protected the floors from tracking, and once again they went above and beyond no matter the conditions. Other family members who witnessed the move also bragged on their service. It made me feel good that I chose John Mitchell Moving, and will choose them in the future for all my moving needs. I can’t forget about the ladies in the office who were very professional with great customer service who coordinated this move perfectly. And lastly, Bob Johnson who originally meet with my grandmother to give an estimate sold the company. This company is very PROFESSIONAL!

I love this company!’ We were in the military and have moved many times, but we have never seen a moving company like this one who shows as much expertise, care, and diligence as this one! Their team is so efficient and polite, and I highly recommend them!

They arrived on time, were polite and efficient. We were pleased that the cost came in under the estimate since it took less time than estimated. We had already moved a lot of boxes ourselves. We noticed a few small marks on furniture before they left. Later we noticed more issues and especially a dining room chair that had deep indentations in the wood but no scratches so it was not immediately noticed. We called about the problems within a few days. We heard nothing within a couple of weeks so called again. This time we were told that they would only pay us $48 and we could take care of repairs. Needless to say, this would not cover the damage to the chair. We did not purchase the additional insurance and were pretty much led to believe it was unnecessary. I would recommend getting the added coverage and checking your furniture over very carefully.

The service was excellent - A.J., Todd, Mark and Josh were prompt, professional, friendly, careful and hard working. I would definitely hire again! Moving is generally not fun, but this move was a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

the dryer and washer did not fit in the space of the old washer / dryer in our basement. this wasn't really on two men but it was an inconvenience of having to pay out more to have these replaced / removed. we would have been better off without the washer / dryer. that said, two men and a truck they completed services as expected. i.e. .. pick up / deliver / install (attempt).

The move went great. Chris, Cody, AJ, & Justice were extremely nice to my family and I, and I'd recommend them to help move your personal items. The team was very quick and courteous and again a pleasure to meet and work with.

We were very happy with our experience with John Mitchell Moving/Two Guys & a Truck. Moving just our furniture and other large items locally from one house to another, we were scheduled for a truck and three "guys" with an estimate of 4-5 hours. Eric, Austin, and Tylor arrived on time and after a survey of the items, they got right to work in a friendly and efficient manner. In just three and a half hours, they got the job done carefully and without complaint. We would hire again! Thanks!

Eric and Austin arrived on-time. They were very professional and listened to what I needed done. I am still in the process of remodeling the house so I had a split load where some would be moved into the home and the rest in the garage. They hand carried some of the load into the garage and then they loaded up their truck and drove around back to unload the remainder into the garage. They also placed the boxes so I could find stuff and unpack. They completed the task in a timely manner with NO issues.

Pretty well. They showed up on time with enough experienced movers and enough truck space to accommodate my belongings. This is key. I have been in other moves with another vendor which didn't have a big enough truck nor enough experienced movers. They were efficient and organized. I have moved over a dozen times and this was one of the best moves ever. As would have it, a few items did get nicked and scratched. A repair person fixed the wooden item within 3 weeks of the move. The scratched patio chairs required an insurance claim that took over 2 months to process.

Great experience . No problems . Cost less than the estimate .
