Description of Work: We hired them to move our second floor 2 BR apartment to our new house in town. They arrived early, and absolutely flew up and down the stairs. The movers treated our possessions like their own. I would absolutely recommend John Mitchell Moving!

Description of Work: The three guys moved us from one second story apartment to another second story apartment. The men were prompt, courteous and careful with our furniture. They asked intelligent questions and did not waste any time. They checked to make sure they understood how we wanted things placed, then double checked to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They were entirely professional, taking the time to protect doorways and walls from marks. They were kind and polite. I cannot imagine a more satisfying experience. I would recommend them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I was moving from an apartment to a home. Most of my belongings were going to my new home however a few pieces of furniture were going to a local consignment shop. The movers staged everything in the truck to make both the deliveries during the time quoted and within budget. It went very smoothly and I would use them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: It's taken me a year to respond to rating this service since I was SO upset. I called the company and spoke with Ann. She told me that the move should be anywhere from 3 1/2 to 5 hours and the price would be $411-$580 with the 10% off discount through Angie's list. This was to move 1 bedroom set, 1 office set including office equipment, 1 living room set, a small table & 4 chairs and kitchenware. They boxed the kitchenware; everything was boxed by myself. The move was 2 miles from a 2nd floor condo to a ranch patio home. The move ended up being almost 12 hours...9:30 am-9:00 pm, and I was charged $1,146.50!!! The two gentlemen who moved me were very nice. However, I feel like I was TOTALLY misled or lied to! When the company quotes you a price, THEY NEED TO STICK TO THAT PRICE! At NO point during the moving process was I informed that the move would be longer than quoted or more expensive! I feel I should be reimbursed for $566.50 (the difference of what I was quoted and what I paid). I am still VERY angry!

Description of Work: We've actually used these movers TWICE this year! Found them on Angie's List fall 2013 and moved in Nov 13 and May 14. Their office returned calls asking for quotes promptly and explained their process well - they were competitive with the other quotes we got. | |They were punctual, friendly, and QUICK - no "padding" their hourly rate as I've experienced with other movers in the past. Both times our total cost was LESS than their estimate because they took less time. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: There was a valuable box of clocks that were not left in the old house and did not come to the new house. They did nothing about it either they dropped the box and broke the clocks or someone took the box. They scratched 2 pieces of furniture but denied they did it.

Description of Work: The 2 men who moved us were very efficient & went about the move quickly but very carefully. The whole move was completed in just over 2 hours. We were VERY pleased with our moving team of Todd & Todd and would definitely use Two Guys & ATruck again ( although hopefully there will be no other move anytime soon.)

They are professional and I trust them not to damage my things. Each person we talk to by phone or in person |has been wonderful, they do what they |say they will.
