Description of Work: Overall we had an excellent experience. They came out and gave us a thorough quote on our move by measuring our furniture and estimating weight and numbers of boxes. The estimate was a higher than the other movers who wouldn't even come out but gave us a "rough estimate" on the phone I felt more comfortable with them actually seeing what we had and had a feeling the other movers were "low balling" the estimate to get the business but would charge us more after the move. I also liked personally talking to them about how they would protect our valuables and move us. They dropped of boxes in advance and we packed quite a bit of it ourselves to save some costs. The day of packing 3 guys showed up right on time and efficiently packed anything we hadn't already packed ourselves. The day of moving they showed up again on time (8 guys and 3 trucks) and had our 3000 sq ft home loaded and on the road in 2 hours. All the guys were courteous to my family and polite with our children; not to mention they were careful with our belongings. Our move was only 18 miles away so they drove and unpacked our stuff and were done in a total of 5.5 hours. They placed each of the boxes and pieces of furniture exactly where we wanted them to. Nothing got lost and nothing got broken, but our refrigerator did get dented after one novice mover tried to take the hand truck down the ramp by himself and nearly lost control. The crew leader quickly stepped in and provided coaching to this young man. I could tell this was a quality show with good leadership from the top down. And they really did a nice job for us. I would recommend them for your move.

Description of Work: I moved from one apartment complex to another. The movers were on time, explained every aspect of the move and surprisingly moved me in about 21/2 hours. I packed and moved my own pots, pans, clothes, shoes, etc. They were very polite and professional. And, yes I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Moved my household items from a house to an apartment. I was told that the movers would show up between 10:15 and 10:30 by a very friendly an helpful office staffer and it would probably take a little over 4 hours. Chris, Alex, and Ty showed up at 10:15 on the dot and went right to work. They listened to everything I asked of them as far as being careful about certain things and moved everything very professionally. They never once took a break between moving things into and then out of the truck until the job was completely finished. Best part, they were done in just over 3 hours. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I will definitely hire them again. Ask for Chris, he runs a tight ship.

Description of Work: The second time I used them in three months. Wonderful staff answering the phone. The movers were on time, friendly, professional. Actually, it was three guys and a truck! We did all the boxing and they did all the carrying and stair climbing. Very happy. They moved everything in two hours from one side of town to the other. Highly recommended!!!!

Description of Work: The company was very professional from the scheduled estimate; came as scheduled and gave a realistic estimate. On the day the packing was done, 3 men came. they did a great job-obviously knew exactly what they were doing and moved quickly. At the same time, they were happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. Since the move was from Indy to South Bend, weather was always a concern, and the day of the actual move, it was indeed a problem. In spite of several setbacks, the men and 2 trucks did a great job delivering items to 2 different addresses in very cold weather and freezing rain. Description of Work: they moved me from Indianapolis to Kokomo and where wonderful. the guys where on time and made sure that my things where well taken care of. they where very nice and respectful. i would recommend them to anyone moving.
