Description of Work: On the plus side, all the employees are polite and very hardworking. We had 2 trucks and 9 guys move our 5,000 sq. ft. home. They were on time, got right to work and only took a short lunch hour. Best crew ever! I would suggest that they have an "inside" crew and an "outside" crew because at the end of the move, my stairs were filthy from everyone running in and out. Pads were put down at the door and door ways were protected but that wasn't enough. At the new house my wood floors were also muddy and footprints everywhere. Our refrigerator was damaged in the move (ice maker line pinched) but they seem to be working to having our refrigerator door replaced. As of today, our door is on backorder, so the issue isn't resolved. Our final cost of the move was also $800 more than the estimate, with no explanation. The employees of the company make this company shine.

Description of Work: Well...Just to let everyone know....I moved yet again and had another quote from another company who was much cheeper with their price....I had an ok experience with the new company who I won't name. I have moved many times and have had many experiences but the absolute best movers on the planet are the guys who moved me from Two Guys and a Truck...John Mitchell moving 2 years ago. They were not only very professional they were actually caring and extremely careful. The best part of the move was the fact that they seemed to actually enjoy moving all my heavy antiques up and down stairs. They took the time to make sure that the placement of the furniture was exactly where I wanted it to be on the wall. In fact they were probably even more picky than I was about the placement being in the center of the wall....I was impressed. | |I went with price this time and I have to say I was disappointed. I do have too much stuff but I don't want to feel guilty about it...Moving is hard and I feel for the guys who have to carry all my things up and down stairs...."Two Guys and a Truck" made me feel like they were actually happy to be helping me with such a task. Description of Work: They came looked at 2 bedroom apt and garage, gave price and we schedules. 3 guys showed up were there til four said they had to stop and would come back early the next morning and finish the job. We had to be out of the apartment the next day. We called someone said they would call us back then they quit answering the phone. We tried and tried no one got back to us by 10 am so we went to u-haul got a truck called some friends to come help, and hired two guys to help from the uhaul on line and they finished everything in the two hours we has paid for. The entire garage, all the closets and a lot of misc. things that they had left. Finally about 3pm they called us and said they could send someone to finish the move. Too dang late. I have moved many times. This is the least amount of stuff I have ever owned! In a two bedroom apartment! What kind of mover cannot move a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with 3 guys in 8 hours! I wasn't a member of angies list then, when I saw their A rating on here I thought that must have been why we got such a crappy job, they were out protecting their rating!

Description of Work: Moved from a 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment to a one story house. Per estimate, 3 guys came. Arrived on time and finished an hour earlier than estimated. All 3 guys were friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They moved my household goods approximately 30 miles. They were very punctual and did a good job of getting the truck into a very difficult driveway. My problem was that they did not use all the available space in the truck (height) so they had to return for a second trip, which almost doubled the cost. Since they only used floor space, I paid to ship a lot of air, which I feel could have been avoided if they had taken the time to pack carefully.

Description of Work: Careful, conscientious movers! We were impressed with the care they took to make sure nothing was damaged of the home or furnishings.

Description of Work: Awesome service! They arrived an hour early, but we're willing to come back at the agreed upon time so we could finish up last minute packing. They were extremely knowledgable about loading the trucks, quick, polite and professional. We would use them again!

Description of Work: Went great they got a whole house moved in six hours flat. They worked really hard. They place the furniture exactly where we wanted. They were very agreeable. They were helpful and wonderful. They didn't damage anything didn't scuff the walls. It was a great experience. They were very good with communication in the office. They called the night before and we felt very prepared for the next day. They followed through on everything they said they would do.

Description of Work: Two Guys and a Truck moved us to our new house, they showed up on time and worked steady and carefully. They finished right when they said they would. I would easily use them again, but I don't plan on moving again!
