It was a good experience. They were very nice and they took care of everything in a professional manner. Their pricing was competitive and all in all the work was done well.

We chose this company because they were highly rated on Angie's List and because they were willing to give us a written price guarantee. They estimated it would cost $1,880 to move our house. The actual cost was $1,836.00. Unfortunately, the final cost included paying for eight - count em - eight ten minute smoke breaks and their lunch break! Eight ten minute smoke breaks and a thirty minute lunch break at $176/hour really add up! I figured with four movers and two trucks they would get the job knocked out in no time. Not so. They got most of the stuff moved out into the garage and then three of the movers stood around for an hour and watched the fourth mover pack the van. However, that was just the icing on the cake. What really got me was that one of the movers broke an ink pen in the driveway and then tracked blue ink all over the white carpets in five of our rooms! While they were emptying rooms, I was running around with a carpet cleaner scrubbing blue ink out of the carpet. I asked the guy if he still had ink on his shoes and he replied "I dunno." He didn't even bother to look until I made him sit down and clean his shoes. Then when we got to our new house they put a big scratch in the hardwood floor, all the way down the entryway hall and around the corner. One of the guys said "the only thing that could have caused that was the treadmill and we slid that on a pad." I said that there must have been something under the pad that scratched as it was slid. To which he replied "I guess we are just bad movers today." Boy, you got that right!

They gave me a flat rate for the move and were able to give me an estimate that was much better than the hourly rate. They were very good at tailoring the prices to the needs of the customer. They showed up on time to do the move and got the job done when they said they would. We would use them again.

Bob and Chad showed up on time, and proceeded to get things loaded up promptly and competently. We met them in Lake County, Indiana some 2-1/2 hours later, where they off-loaded things. They were careful and competent. They worked hard. There were no incidents. Everything went very smoothly, and they met our every expectation. Their final price was completely consistent with their estimate. This is a really good outfit to do business with, and I'd use them again without hesitation.

They were courteous, professional & very friendly. Job was very well done & they treated everything with care and consideration.

Great job. Nice guys. On time. Got everything in one trip. Worked quickly. They stacked everything so efficiently that it fit in half of my garage - leaving me room for my car.

They were great. They showed up a half hour early and were ready to work. They were efficient and very careful with our things. When we got to our new house which is under construction, the front door had been removed to be worked on and one of the moving guys helped me get the plywood down so they could get everything inside. I would recommend them.

They did a really good job. I had used them several months before to clear some things out, so i called them for the final move as well. They were very nice guys. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I had used this company for the initial move in 2004, into the storage unit and was extremely pleased. I had reserved 2 storage units, but did not need the second, because the movers (3 guys with no additional charge for the extra guy) packed everything into one unit, saving me an additional $90 a month. The second move in 2007 went very smooth. The movers were quick and careful when loading the truck. Nothing was damaged and the actual cost ended up being approximate $175 cheaper, than the initial quote.

The movers were on time, very fast and efficient. They finished early including the time it took to unhook and re-hook the washer/dryer and headboard and frame. This is the second time I have hired them and would hire them again.

Second crew sent after first crew involved in hit and run. Office kept me up to date as to what was happening. Crew was congenial and did quick work of the job with care.

The move went smoothly. We were very pleased and would recommend the company to others for local moves.

I was disappointed that the final cost was almost twice the estimate I was given. I called to ask why, and it took them several days to return my call. They had the business of the move from my house, my husband's house, and the person moving into my house, and the response we finally received was that they would take approximately $280 off the bill for something I had been charged for that wasn't right.

Estimate was for 4 guys for 8.5 hours. They sent 5 guys and spent 5.5 hours. Overall, the team was very professional and efficient. We didn't have any damage or issue. Every piece of furniture and every box was put exactly were it was supposed to be. Fortunately, we don't move very often, but I would absolutely hire these guys again.

THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME DRIVE TIME PLUS SEND 3 GUYS SO IT WOULD PROBABLY BE OVER $200 FOR THE JOB. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE MUCH CHEAPER.

RENTED A TRUCK AND MOVED THE PIANO MYSELF AFTER GETTING COSTS FROM THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS.

THEY PUT TOGETHER MY DAUGHTER'S BED AND WHEN SHE SAT ON IT A FEW DAYS AFTER THE MOVE, THE WHOLE THING FELL APART. I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY CAME AND TOOK A LOOK AT IT AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY IT BROKE. THE PANEL THAT HOLDS THE HEAD BOARD AND FOOT BOARD SPLIT. I CALLED THEM TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS.

WE MADE AN AGREEMENT ON ALL THE CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY TOLD US THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LICENSE FOR MOVING IN KENTUCKY BUT WERE TRYING TO MOVE US ANYWAY WITHOUT A LICENSE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY KEPT CHANGING THE PRICE ON US OVER AND OVER. A WEEK LATER THEY ACTUALLY DECLINED THE MOVE. THE MAN WE WERE GETTING INFORMATION FROM WAS VERY RUDE AND ABRUPT.

MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. HANDLED OUR ANTIQUE FURNITURE WITH GREAT CARE.

THIS COMPANY WENT TO THE TROUBLE TO DISTRIBUTE FLYERS IN OUR FORMER NEIGHBORHOOD SOLICITING WORK YET FAILED TO RETURN OUR CALL WHEN WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE.

THEY START CHARGING WHEN THEY LEAVE THEIR OFFICE LOCATION AT A RATE OF $72 AN HOUR. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND USED MOVING PAD BLANKETS LIBERALLY.

THE MOVE OF APPROX 12 HEAVY ITEMS STARTED POORLY. THE MOVERS WERE 2 1/2 HOURS LATE (I DID RECEIVE A CALL ADVISING OF THEIR TARDINESS)AND INITIALLY THEY WERE SLOW AND OUTWARDLY IRRITABLE. APPARENTLY THE OFFICE STAFF DID A POOR JOB OF INTERPRETING AND RELAYING THE INFORMATION I PROVIDED (I.E. LENGTH OF DRIVEWAY TO RESIDENCE AND NUMBER AND TYPE OF ITEMS TO BE MOVED). EVENTUALLY THEY IMPROVED AND DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY TOOK CARE TO NOT DAMAGE MY HOME OR PROPERTY. I WOULD RATE THEM B FOR 85% OF THE EXPERIENCE AND AND C- FOR THE REMAINING 15%.

THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR EMAIL OR PHONE CALL AND WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE PAID FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND USED ANGIE'S LIST. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. WE USED SOMEONE ELSE NOT EVEN ON ANGIE'S LIST.
