The movers were punctual and professional. Move went off smoothly.

They sent a representative to the house to estimate the cost of the move. All others we contacted estimated over the phone. The estimate was the best quote we received. I was contacted prior to moving day to confirm the date and time. The day of the move 3 men (Tim, James and Blake) arrived with two trucks. They quickly but carefully loaded one and a half truckloads. They were courteous and friendly the entire time. They took a very short break for lunch then met us at the new house where they placed all the boxes and furniture as we wished. We could not have asked for a better experience and service. We would highly recommend this company and especially Tim, James and Blake.

Excellent!! They finished the job in just a little over half of the time they estimated. The crew moved fast yet handled our stuff with care. Not a single scratch on anything. I was very impressed with the crew. They were true professionals!

The guys from Two Men and a Truck did a great job. They were prompt, friendly, thorough and made this move as easy as possible for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needng help with a move.

I hired the company to move my Mom from her apartment to my home. We moved her furniture to four different locations. One location involved moving 3 or 4 items to a second floor apartment. I had a 3 man crew. They arrived on time and got right to work. I had everything marked, so that they knew exactly what was going to each location and where to start. The guys were perfect gentlemen. They were quick and very careful not to break or damage anything.

They were on time and never stopped. They were careful not to scuff walls or woodwork. Very friendly and professional. Absolutely knew what they were doing. They completed the move in less time than estimated since I disassembled and assembled the beds and anything else that I could. This saved us about $200.

They showed up on time. They wrapped things carefully. They kept moving. I didn't feel like they were being lazy or slow just to milk more money of me. They were very courteous. They came in way under the price they originally quoted and under the time frame they gave me as well. I would recommend them to others.

Showed up right on time. Brought 2 large trucks and 4 guys. ( Tim, Timothy, Jeff, and Phil). Told them up front we had more boxes in an outbuilding and a couple of pieces of furniture. They said no problem and got started on the front house (2 houses connected) 4000 sq ft or so. They were moving so fast that I actually saw them RUNNING up and down the ramps on the trucks. They had everything down to a science. Then it rained! It had not rained in a while and this was predicted to be an all day affair. If it bothered them, you could not see it!! If anything they went faster to protect our belonging. They loaded both trucks to the brim in about 4 1/2 hrs. I went to tell them if they wanted to stop somewhere for a lunch, I would buy. They were ALREADY IN THE TRUCKS and moving down the road. Amazing! So we drove to our new home and we beat them by about 5 min. No one stopped that I knew. I again asked about lunch and they declined saying they needed to get it done! WOW!!! They started bringing stuff in and we would tell them where to place it. Oh, I know the lady of the house tells where to place the furniture but my wife was incapacitated and in a Rehab hospital at the time so all of us (movers, our son, and I) had to figure out where to put the furniture. They moved it as many times as we requested without a problem. They finished up and gave me the bill. The estimate was for $1968 and the bill was for $1863.00. Unheard Of!!!! Tim, Timothy, Jeff and Phil are the people to get when you are moving. John Mitchell even delivered boxes himself before the move. Very customer service friendly!!!! Thank you to ALL. Great Move!!!!

Movers were prompt, professional and hard working. They treated me and my items with respect and were very responsive to my questions and comments. They worked faster, thus were less expensive in the long run, than my previous movers. Although I thought their rates were a little high, the rates were reasonable with the Angie's List discount I received. I will definitely use them again!

I wish these guys had done our initial move from Ohio to Anderson. Our previous movers did a terrible job of handling our belongings and putting it into storage for us. These guys, however, arrived on time, took good care of our belongings and even though being paid by the hour - worked at a very good pace with a team of 4 (two trucks) to move everything right where we wanted it. The reassembled our dining set even though they had not taken it apart for the initial moving. Pleasant workers and nice guys. I would recommend this company to friends and use them again myself.

The crew was absolutely professional and early for the scheduled time. They handled all of the items carefully and did a great job of loading and unloading. I will use John Mitchell Moving again, and if possible the same crew. I was quoted 6+ hours and the job was done in 3. Saved a lot of money. Friendly advice for those moving, to expedite things, have all of your items ready, packed and organized. They didn't seem to mind me helping, that and being ready is what cut down on the move time, not an error in quotation. Great job guys.

The experience was great. They were punctual, on time and had a good price. They were professional.

Best moving experience ever. The office was very patient with scheduling and fit me in on a busy Saturday with only a week's notice. The crew called me 30 minutes before they showed up and got right to work. They were delightful to work with and had great attitudes. I usually feel like movers don't move fast enough to charge by the hour, but these guys were constantly moving at a jogging pace. They were very efficient, finishing the job in 2.5 hours, including a 30 minute drive between locations. I also appreciate that this company charges a flat trip charge rather than the industry-standard, ambiguous time to and from their warehouse. Their pricing was very fair for the service provided. I will definitely use this company again.

They were great.The price was more with how long it took. They didn,t waste anytime.Worked fast and very careful with the furniture.

They were on time. Got right to work. Worked quickly. Could have been a little more careful with some big furniture items. They unloaded some boxes in the wrong place even though all were marked and we directed from the truck. One shelving/drawer item was damaged and the company has yet to respond to how they are going to handle it (2- weeks later). Glad we did not have to load and unload, wish they had been a little more careful.

What was impressive was they were quick and efficient and constantly moving. There was one damage to a wall which they were quick to acknowledge and compensated us for. The three gentleman were very personable and arrived on time and did a lot quicker of a job than estimated.

Excellent and courteous customer service. On time, professional and friendly. Took about a half day to move contents of a small Indy downtown studio apt, make an extra stop to pick up furniture in storage, and then deliver to upstairs apt in Fishers. Efficient movers, so final fee was well under quoted price. Highly recommend and would use again.

The service we received from Tim and Marzell was excellent! They were punctual, professional, and friendly. They were very careful with all the items and made certain we were satisfied with everything before they left. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving service.

They were great! They showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were careful with each piece of furniture even though many pieces were very heavy and bulky. They even hooked up the washer and dryer and set up the bed. Definitely will be using them in the future!

The move to storage and then from storage went great. They were excellent in packing, on time and came in under their estimate. Would definitely use them again if needed.

My husband had to move his mother on short notice from her assisted living apartment to a memory care unit and the facility wanted her furniture out ASAP so they could prep it for an incoming resident. We had already moved all the smaller items but decided to hire a mover to move the larger furniture pieces to our house. Based on Angie's List reviews, he called John Mitchell, hoping he could help us right away. Fortunately, there had been a cancellation and we were able to schedule his movers to come a few days later. Two men arrived at the appointed time and moved her furniture from her 3rd floor apartment to our house. They were very careful with her things and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how they were handling and placing the pieces. They completed the move in less time than estimated (by about 30 min) so the final bill reflected that. The final cost was based on the time it took, the trip charge, and a 10% Angie's list discount.

Bob Johnson came out to give an estimate. Everything went great. We were going to have them come a day a head and pack everything before. He advised us it would save us money to do it all on the same day. We already had a lot of it packed up in boxes so the guys didnt have to do a lot, but it was still a pretty big job they had in front of them. We did two different moves. First, we did a pretty small move, moving a bedroom and some other items into storage. in the same truck load, we moved a bedroom to East Indy. tim/timothy - first move Secondly we did a much larger move, with three large moving trucks. We have used this company three times on different moves, amazingly enough, Mark has been the leader of the moves every time. We love moving company and would use them again in a heart beat. The price was great and the movers worked very very hard. Little to nothing was damaged when moving, they took things apart and put them back together. This move took a bit longer then I think they had planned for. We felt really bad for the guys. They still kept a smile on and kept working very hard. The names of the moving crew we had: Kevin Zach Juan? Timbo - came to help later after he had already completed other moves for the day to help the crew out. The movers asked us if it was okay to bring another mover to help because this move very large. I would highly recommend this company to any person.

Estimater came on time, was polite and through. Moved the first time on Dec-9th 2013. All men were courtious, careful and fast. They worked extremely hard and demonstrated care for our property. One minor ding on a bed post but nothing serious. Later when we purchased our next home they moved 4 truckloads without any issue. Gary and his crew were great. I would highly recommend them again. (I asked for the same crew and got them on the second move.)
