They were very efficient and very professional. They did a really nice job cleaning the windows! I have used them several times.

+ -1 moreBought a Groupon for $50.00 to clean up to 15 windows inside and outside. The promotional value of the this deal never expires, says the fine print. I called several times for an appointment. They returned the first call, only to say... "i'll check on that and call you back", which never happened. After 3 weeks, I reported them to Groupon, who promptly gave me credit. My biggest warning to all is THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR SPECIAL DEALS!
Description of Work: The provider did not come through on a discount deal at all. :(

I have warranties on my windows, so it helps to know that I need repairs on my windows too! I truly appreciate their service. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future!

+ -1 moreThey worked with me on getting the work done at a cost I felt I could afford. Agreed to do the work when they were in my area which happened to be the next week. I would have done this myself, however the ladder I have does not reach up the full length to the gutter and the ground under the ladder is a slope which would not steadily hold the ladder in place. The two men handled this job quickly since they had the right equipment and there were two doing the job. I appreciated the fact that the company was willing to work with me on the cost of the job and the promptness of the work being done.
Description of Work: Cleaned cottonwood debris from an aprox. 50 foot second story rear gutter.

+ -1 moreHe was questionable and kept changing the pricing. Changed the price 3 times when he was there. I want people to be aware of this company. I feel like he owes me money. He didn't get all the windows clean.
Description of Work: Ed, the owner, had previously written a window cleaning estimate based on what I had stated needed to be done in telephone conversations which were confirmed by his Office personnel. I wanted to make sure the price of $146.00 included the base of the windows since these were the areas most needing cleaning and obvious to any window cleaning expert. Upon arrival to my home, he began cleaning two inside windows and then proceeded to tell me that these two windows were actually four windows because he was counting each pane of the window. Please note that he was the one who had previously come to the home to perform the initial assessment. At that point, a red flag went up. I then began to verify the work that was to be done. He changed the terms again stating that in order to clean the base of the windows (he referred to as jams), there would be an additional $30 charge because he wasn’t doing the job free! I challenged this and questioned his deviation from the estimate and my telephone conversations as to what was to be done. I stated that I was not going beyond the price stated on the estimate and that he was to clean only the outside windows, screens, and the jams and I would clean the inside windows. After agreeing, he proceeded to clean outside windows but only wiping lose dirt leaving obviously still dirty “jams.” I questioned him about this and he stated that required more detail cleaning and there would be an extra charge for that. At that point, he was told to put the screens back in and leave the premises because his business practices were questionable. Prior to leaving, I called the Better Business Bureau to verify this business and was informed that there had been a recent complaint (within the past year) on this company. I asked the owner if he had ever had a complaint filed by the BBB and he denied it twice until I told him that I had confirmed this with the BBB. He then attempted to pass the complaint on to the previous owner until I corrected him. He then became angry and told me that if I “want to file a complaint with the BBB then go for it.” He brought in a bill for $73- “window cleaning out only.” This was paid for in cash after giving me $27 back in change. I’m not sure how he calculated this because the original estimate for windows inside & out less a $14 discount was $121.

The windows looked fine when they left, but they didn't do things the other company we had used before had done, like the porch light and fixtures. They didn't do anything above or beyond, but they were fine. They were also reliable and prompt. The "Big Deal" was fine, but once they came and saw my house it ended up being almost three times as much work to do and I did not have them do everything. It was like anything extra became very expensive, which was the other thing that I didn't particularly like. I felt like I was drawn into a deal and once they came it ended up costing me quite a bit more money.

+ 0 moreWe purchased a Groupon for 25 windows to be cleaned. Windows were not defined in the promotion or on the coupon. When the cleaners came out - I found out that what I considered a window was actually 2 windows panes. I ended up getting half of my windows cleaned and doing half my self. The cleaners were professional and friendly. My job got reseduled once and almost a second time. I had gone home from work early and did not want to have it resceduled again. (Due to rain). My windows can all be cleaned from the inside. The workers said they did not clean windows that way. One worker cleaned the inside and took the screens out and one cleaned on the outside. The screens then had to be put back in. The screens were not put in correctly and my husband felt that the workers took advantage of me because I was a woman and did not realize that the screens had not been put in correctly. (The latches were not shut) The worker on the inside also broke one of the cross bars that had to be taken out of each window on the inside to chean the windows. All in all the windows were clean, we just had to clean the window seals and put the screens back in correctly. I felt that the windows should have been defined better as window panes.

+ -1 moreI used HD Window Cleaning & Professional Home Service and it did not go very well. They came around in December and they came out one time and they were supposed to come back they didn't show up, so after the weekend I called and talked to somebody at the office. They said they would still clean for you, so I said okay. When she was supposed to show up, she didn't show up again. So I called and canceled. They charged me for the big bill what ever it was. And the second one they did it for free and the woman wouldn't take a tip either because she had forgotten about the appointment. And then she didn't show up again and that's when we canceled. The first time went pretty well, some of the cleaning companies, they just use water, soap and water and I don't like the chemicals that some of them use. I am using a different one right now. We started with them so we'll see how they do.

+ -1 moreJeremy cleaned the two big windows on the outside. He did a great job cleaning those two big windows and balancing on his ladder. Tyler cleaned the inside windows and then helped on the outside windows and sashes and screen cleaning. Tyler was very careful to not get my lacquered wooden windows wet. (I have had window cleaners before who dripped water off the window when cleaning and didn't dry them well. This is damaging to the finish.) Tyler did a great job of maintaining the integrity of my wooden window finish and kept them dry. It took about 2 hours for two men to clean all of my windows and doors. I am very pleased with them. They are delightful young men and did a great job. I will be calling High Definition Windows again when I am ready for another cleaning. I paid extra for screen cleaning and to have the sills cleaned. I am very impressed with the integrity of these two young men. I do recommend them highly. Tyler and Jeremy were both very professional and have I no complaints about their work. They both were great and cleaned my windows with an attention to detail that I would use myself. I appreciate the personal touch they gave to leaving me with such clean windows. I will ask for them again when I have my windows cleaned again.
Description of Work: I have a two story house with a walk out basement. I have windows that are 2 stories above ground with difficult access. I have about 32 windows and glass doors in my home. I have two large picture windows above the walk out basement that are difficult to reach. I had all my windows, screens and sashes cleaned inside and out. It took two men about 2 hours to clean all of these windows and doors. I have two doors with 9 individual windows that were also cleaned.
