They did a great job and hopefully gutter guard will do its job when I get heavy rains. Their window cleaning was very professional and I had not questions in regards to their work. I definitely will keep their name for future use. The cost was about right also.

Upon arrival the technician advised they could not disassemble the windows to perform the cleaning as reviewed with the estimator. They adjusted the price and cleaned the indoor and outdoor surfaces of the windows. They tracked dirt on my freshly cleaned carpets, moved but did not replace furniture and left lights on. They did not clean the exterior lights as requested. They tried to collect twice for the service provided!

The work was done professionally with no damage or messes left. Yes I want them to come back the next time I need this kind of work done.

I contacted HD Services to clean windows inside and outside. I got an estimate but it took almost two months to schedule. The scheduler must have been new because it was scheduled and rescheduled. Two gentlemen showed up, one appeared to be a student. Lead service provider told me his partner was the owner's son. My estimate was for $997 for a 2,100 square foot home with approximately 34 windows. Knowing this may be high for a newer home but ours is different since it had storm windows. That is about $30/window. They explained the process. They began to take the storms out. After taking two out the lead provider shared he could only get two storms out because there were installed incorrectly. Also reported to the owner many windows were painted shut when there was only one and I used a utility knife to open it. He told them the storms were installed incorrectly so the owner told him he could not work with the storms. I personally, with my son, went throughout the home to take the storms out taking about 25 minutes. It's about understanding the storm system which you would think a window cleaning company would have knowledge of. No offer at that time to adjust the price. They worked 3 hours and then went on an hour long lunch. The lead provider came to me and said, I am sorry I need to take the owner's son to lunch. I am sure you understand a young kid needs to eat. Came back and worked about 2.5 hours. Asked me for payment around 3:30 PM. I thought he was taking a break and wrapping up the payment. Then he walked outside where his helper was sitting in the truck. They left without completing the job. It took me a half a day to put the storm windows back in by myself. They left the screens completely dirty. I wrote the company about my experience. I asked for a refund. I was told I would get 15% off or approximately $4.30 a window which is pathetic. Have never received the refund or formal apology which I believe is an appropriate customer standard in this situation. I hired this company because I did not want to mess with this job. Saddened I spent the entire Fourth of July weekend messing with these windows. I was completely disappointed with this service and so many streaks on the windows. This is a company I have referred to many. I will not use them again.

They were here on two separate occasions (my request) and did a great job on both for a reasonable cost. Actually the gutter work has yet to be tested with a heavy rain and loss of leaves from trees in the fall, however their installation when smoothly and quickly. They even did some additional gutter cleaning for me for a little more cost. Power washing the drive went well and looks great now. Since my neighbor and I have a drive way that joins at the street entrance, we both had them power wash the driveways and sidewalk in front of the houses and split the cost between us. The cost for gutters was $414 and power washing drives $280.

Crew arrived 25 minutes early with no pre-call, which was not a problem since I was home. Crew was professional, efficient and personable. It only took them an hour and windows and screens look great. They reported a problem with window seals we were not aware of, which we appreciated.

I did have problems getting a work crew out here. They use temp crews and they weren't able to get the work done. The price was very good. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

I bought one of the Angie's list packages for gutter cleaning from this company. I scheduled the work for a Tuesday. I was told that I do not have to be there for the work to be completed. When I came home that Tuesday evening from work, I could tell they were not cleaned. I checked my phone, emails, etc. for some form of communication from the company. They left no paperwork with notes, or anything. As far as I knew there was no proof that they had even been to my home. In my opinion, they should have either called me, or left a hang tag with notes on the door. I called the next day, and I was told that they could not do the work. I asked for the reason, it was given, and I asked why I had to call for that info. I still do not have the answer to that question. I spoke to the AA and she said that she would send the owner to my home. Long story short, the owner showed up and performed the gutter cleaning. This time I was left a sheet of paper with notes saying that he hoped that they redeemed themselves with the service. If the company reads these comments, I would hope that they take away one simple piece. COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER!! IMO, there is no excuse for not reaching a customer these days.

A team of two young men showed up right on time. They were very friendly and got right to work. A short time later they were finished, and I don't think our gutters have ever looked better. I would definitely use them again when next I hire someone to clean our gutters. I learned that they provide other services -- like pressure washing and cleaning windows -- as well, and they even went ahead and gathered some information and took some measurements so they could give me a couple of estimates for other services before they left, at my request.

What can I say, the water is flowing again.

Gutter cleaning is a necessary, but not particularly pleasant chore. I'm glad that Angie's List provided a deal for this provider's service. They come on time, took care of business, and no high-pressure sale tactics. I'll probably use them again.

Carefully cleaned all exterior windows including fourth floor dormer windows. Removed spots and streaks on windows, cleaned the edges around each pane of glass and wiped away spider webs from window sills. The provider was friendly and respectful. He was consistent and thorough in his work.

They arrived when they said they would. They honestly confirmed for me, without my asking, that all of the gutters were already clean except for the downspout I knew was backed up and which I could not access. They had the clog and the high gutters cleaned out within a few minutes of arriving. I will use them again, in a heartbeat!

The entire experience was great. Stress-free and efficient. They were prompt when responding to my Big Deal purchase and they were flexible with the scheduling. I received a call from their tech explaining the exact amount of work that had been done and a report on the condition of my gutters and downspouts. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. I would happily use HD Window Cleaning and Professional Home Svc for future work and plan to call them in the Spring for window cleaning and power washing.

I was very pleased. The young man was polite, pleasant, and explained what he was going to be doing. When he was finished, he told me about the minor repair that he did. I would definitely use HD again.

Purchased the Big Deal through Angies List for $89. HD (Rachel) responded promptly and a time was scheduled. The time is a 2-hr window and even though I was planning to leave work to be at the house to witness the gutter cleaning, they showed up about 20 mins early and I figured they would be done by the time I got to the house. One of the workers called when they arrived at the property to let me know they will be on the house and he listened to the additional instructions I requested. Upon arrival at the house later in the evening, I found a receipt in the mailbox and any dirty remnants from the gutters were cleaned up from the yard. I was pleased with the service and would go back to them again, if the cost is right. One thing I would have preferred to be on the receipt would be a brief statement on how they found the gutters, ie, were any of the downspouts blocked? gutters full of debris?, etc. The reason this would be helpful is it provides something to the homeowner as my previous gutter cleaning company said they ran water down the downspouts (just ran water, not flush as HD claims they do), but upon a couple leaks upstairs, the previous company finally sent a supervisor out to check the downspout of concern and it was completely full of debris, not sure how this wasn't noticed in the 2 previous so-called cleanings (I would have removed the downspout myself but I don't have a ladder that is able to reach that area). We haven't experience much rain since the gutters were cleaned and the downspouts flushed, but I'm anticipating no leaks in the upstairs ceiling and all the rain flowing through the downspouts as intended.

I am pleased that they came out even without my responding to their message on the Angie's List site. I called Angie's List to find out how to contact the vendor since I had not heard from them. The representative (terrific young lady) told me they had messaged me. I didn't understand the messaging process until the rep. explained it to me. I called the vendor and found out they had completed the service. I am so happy!

3 men arrived on time and they were done within an hour. They determined that I needed a little work done and were able to get it done for me without rescheduling. It was great!

Casey and Justin were awesome. I had slightly more than 150' and was not charged extra. Also, during the last storm, a few small pieces of siding directly underneath the second story gutter blew off. Casey put those back at no charge. I was also given a free estimate for some other work I need done and will most likely use their service for that work as well. They were quick, efficient, polite and called ahead to let me know they were on the way and approximately what time they would arrive. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will definitely use them for my future home exterior needs.
